how's the mod called, where you can see the items and level of the hero at the top left corner?

I think if you go to his Twitch channel and type !plugin in the chat it should give you info about it. It's just a stream overlay though if I remember right so he can't see that info in-game; it's just meant to be for the viewers.

Probably for the best, someone new might be using RU-vid to see the new graphics gameplay and Grubby's videos are some of the top search results (at least for me). So that could be pretty frustrating.

Because this was a request game. KotG + Talon, 2nd hero allowed. It is on the bottom right corner of the screen.

Why not getting upper 50 Pop is good ? I know it's good to not feed enemies heroes, but in a big teamfight i think that having 80 pop is better than 50 right ? Moreover what is the real counter to mass berserk as a ne ? Treant of war with talon or bear ?

He stayed under 50 food for the longest time to stay below low upkeep (tax on mining). And you will notice in most of games he will stay under 80, for a long time, because of high upkeep.
