My stupid 16yo ass thought people really bleached their hair to get those zebra stripes and I burned my hair at hairstylist 😂 we didn't have such extensions back then in my country.

Oh wow, what a flashback! I graduated high school in 2006 and this is what the alternative style was exactly. Check out the band Coheed and Cambria which was my favorite band back in the day.

Dude, even I didn't do all this. Eyeliner, black eye shadow that was it. Maybe some lipstick. I never understood why so many went so far when they didn't have to, only for appearance purposes.

Ehh. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn’t. And sometimes, like in my case, it’s just part of my many styles and music tastes. I look quite different every day and listen to almost all genre of music. Just wear/listen to whatever makes you happy :)
