You should spray flonase in the center of the nose. It dissoves the septum over time. Spray it angularly away from the septum. (I'm a licensed pharmacy tech in germany btw)

I’m 52: I use (in this order) a vitamin C toner, a fermented essence, a licorice root essence, argeriline on my fine lines, a retinol eye cream, a moisturizer, and sunscreen. Makeup: a minimum of brows and mascara since mine are invisible.

Hi doctor! I don't know if you've ever covered keratosis pilaris. I've had it my entire life on the upper arms, thighs and butt. I know exfoliation works and I used to use a product called Derma Doctor KP. It sort of works, don't get me wrong. I'm just curious what you suggest for care and possible prevention and causes. I'd be honored if you'd do a video on this. I never knew it was an actual dermatological condition until 5 years ago because my mom would always say "ach it's nothing." Let me tell you that it IS INDEED something. I've been ashamed and totally embarrassed about, and I'd appreciate any and all feedback.

Which product works best for hyper pigmentation? I have a lot of pigmentation around my mouth and my eyes. I have been using alpha arbutin and vitamin c for some time and it has slightly made it better but I would prefer using something that would make a significant difference
