This amp is almost worth half my 2 bedroom home. I think I'll stick with decade old KAM class D amps which I purchased for less than a tanks worth of unleaded 👌👍
It is not WORTH half as much as your flat …it’s only the ridiculous price tag. They can write any price they want on the sticker … mostly because of marketing an d politics to make the product considered as exclusive and precious. Although the sound is pretty good…but that can be had for A LOT less cash!
@@bikemike1118 no shit, but in fairness these probably cost more than you think to produce as they are made in tiny batches using high quality Japanese components. It's not like they are churning out 5-10000 units a day in a Chinese factory. Beyond this you are paying for the 10s of thousands of hours of product design and development. Where as my cheap and cheerful KAM amps are just bog standard generic class D design shared by probably 20 different manufacturers using the cheapest components from China and assembled by machine in an automated production facility which also makes lots of other products.
@@ZonkedCompanion yes, sure. They do not produce in high numbers but nonetheless… they are overpriced compared to their contenders and compared to about 15 years back. But who cares… I don’t need their stuff 🤷🏻
