They are Artisan fenders. I got them from Upgarage in Japan. You could hit up @Kota_the_yoda on Instagram for source and shipping. Or maybe find a dealer here in the states

To be honest if i went full JDM on a GS300 i would go all out for body kit and wheels and not just front lips and wheels but that is just my 2c.
