@uboobly wassup solstice? Yeah I've been playing gspro. Try to get half a dozen rounds in a week. I can't swing much more than that.

Hey Eddie ! Appreciate the compliment! Where ya located at ? Building the body will definitely help the speed. I’m a fan of explosive/ power type workouts for speed. Deadlifts, rows, box jumps, and some stretches after the workout help mobility. But the main thing is swinging hard. You have to push your limits to get faster. This will lead to less control though. Try to build the speed for a while 4-12 weeks then work on controlling it. Also some swing changes can lead to distance increases a lot quicker. Lots of width in the back swing and use the ground to accelerate downswing. ( that’s why I like deadlifts, squats and box jumps for creating more ground force) Best of luck to your pursuit! I put the screen record from my computer over the impact screen in editing. Just a lot easier to see that way. Good observation! Haha.

I get mine off of eBay actually. They’re called tall boy golf mats come in a bunch of different sizes and pretty affordable. They do not have foam under them though. I added that myself. Just some workout foam tiles I put under it. But you can stick a tee in them cause the green bristles are so tall and thick. I do recommend. I had multiple for years and have had no issues.
