Sir agar hmne purchase krne k time tax pay kr diya tha to bhi hme stock pr vapis se tax pay krne kyu pdega...and itc ledger balance ka to refund milna chahiye na ki uska drc pay hona chahiye...mtlb 2 extra payment ek to stock ka payment in cash and ek itc balance ko bhi drc se pay...ya dono mese ek krna h

Sir agar GST composition me hai or usko cancel kr diya jata hai to kya uska final return dala jata hai. Agar nhi dala jata hai to future me usko gst kasie milega jb final return gstr 10 nhi jayega tb.

Sir mai gst cancellation form fill kara hai then 19-2 ko then maina 20-1 sa form(1 month) pehela ka form fill Kiya tha thne aabhi notice aa rha hai Feburary ki gst fill karna ka aab Mai kya karu mujha fill karna pa penalties Deni hogi ya fill karna jaruri nahi hai

Hello Sir मैने पिछले महीने में मतलब डिसेंबर 27 /2022 को GST केलीए Apply किया था. लेकीन मेरा GST Aadhar Authentication नही हो पाया. क्यूंकी System Error आ रहा था. उसके बाद मैने GST Authentication नही किया. Ab मूझे GST Cancel करना है. लेकीन मै कैसे करु सर...? कृपया कूछ बताईए
