I think your "dust" is actually mineral residue from your humidifier using tap water. Using distilled water in it should fix that. Amazing sounding guitar!

Nice guitar for sure...big sound for its size. Beautiful!!! I think the top is Sitka spruce, not Adirondack spruce?
