This is very informative video. I just started the mods on my CB350 using the ZX6R forks with the Cognito Motor stem. All their videos are very helpful.

Fantastic video. Just got my triple tree today to fit a set of ZX-6R forks on a '76 Sportster hardtailed frame and the quality is top notch!

Very instructive video. Your products looks excellent, but it would be nice to see you use proper tools for extracting and inserting bearings into the steering head ;-) And as a fan of older bikes I cringed when the wires where cut and the old instruments crushed - I hope they were already broken.

Great video! Keep them coming! It would be nice if he touched on changing fork lengths and changes in geometry, especially on bikes like viragos.

I got my custom width GSXR trees to mount onto a Honda frame and Harley Softail wheels, and they work well, and are works of art!!!!...I'm VERY happy with Cognito!

Probably too old a video to have anyone read this, but this is a great product, and kudos on packing a tapered roller bearing with grease the correct way. But, at one point when pressing the lower bearing on it says "using the spacer we determined we needed back at the bike"??

I'M SO EXCITED TO SLOWLY SPEND WAY TO MUCH MONEY WITH YOU GUYS! Got ahold of a 1983 Honda CB550 nighthawk. Totally gonna get a fork conversion setup first, rearset with the master cylinder bracket (for the future) and then wheels with a rear brake hub. Totally excited. I assume I can email question about the fork offset..? When I get closer to ordering that is.

Very good and useful presentation. It looks like your Custom Replacement upper tree does not have clamps for the down tubes. Clamping the upper tree to the tubes will make the whole fork assembly more rigid. If I buy your conversion stem, I will probably keep the original upper and lower tree...

I've got a 1980 cb900f and its had a gsxr 750 engine fitted in it still standard Honda wheels and brakes quite a project sorting the wiring loom out spliced between Honda and Suzuki be great when its finished

Turn your adjustable wrench over to unloosen steering stem nut, never cut wire with tin snips.

What if the fork on the existing bike are in good condition, how to use that, and it's too tall how can we shorten it??

I'd like to hear your advice on what fork setup to use on an '82 XL500R. I'm thinking of doing a scrambler/tracker conversion on it. I'd be decreasing the 21" front wheel to the rear wheels size I suppose. TIA~!

The comment about not needing a press to get the bearing on is bs. If you buy this get someone to do the press for bearings as well. At home project here and its very frustrating.

Subbed. Wondering if all of this is echoed with a set of dirt bike forks. I want to build a scrambler type bike but want it tall being Im 6'2". Buuut maybe your lowering top clamp could suffice 🤔

I would love a conversion kit for my 77 Suzuki GS550. Good video for instruction. Downvoted for lack of respect for the bike as it was.

I like your products but man watching that guy hammer on a bearing race send chills down my spine. Bearings should be pressed not hammered in. Use a large bolt or chunk of all thread and a steel plate and some nuts and pull that bearing into its seat.

Why is it so dark
