Whilst on a very average ride into Manchester City centre I decided to talk about my GSX-S1000GT as I negotiated the city traffic. I've now had it over a month and have clocked up 1500 miles.
So I just bought a 2024 1000 GT and I get 196 mi out of my tank and that's riding in A mode but not always in town. That's also testing it from the south coast of England to Inverness in Scotland. I think you must be pretty throttle happy if you are not getting 160, mi or more at your tank.
