I don’t know man, I used to use these quite often. They’re all pretty expensive. Even the pneumatic ones, that only do forward, reverse and no torque setting. Are still around 4k plus, for a good quality one.

Yep, and that's the cheap ones. Most of Hytorc tools are $15,000+.

It is much safer and faster.

ask yourself " do i want to sell my GTS or buy this tool for it ? " it will help you to decide Ha,ha...

It's a custom one from Smokin GTS on Rennlist.

I just shot it yesterday, so it wasn't up.

Long story short.... Last weekend I drove my car to the track, pulled off the stock wheels, and put on my slicks. The next day put on a different set of wheels with new slicks. At the end of the day put the stock wheels back on and drove home. The battery still shows full.

I mean... He's got a 992 gt3 touring on the way. Lots of hype around these cars right now so a good time to sell. Also 992 has ITBs, double-wishbone front suspension, etc etc so I'd have a hard time saying it's in any way inferior to the 3RS besides maybe less grip (since no wing). At least as a street car, the 992 touring takes the cake.

Being a GT3 owner myself, I wouldn't be surprised he had to do that to be able to get the Touring allocation. At least, that's how it works in Canada. If you want an allocation you have to either buy over 1 million in Porsche's every year OR trade in a GT car AND take a sizeable loss on it compared to what you'd get if you were to sell it privately.

@@copernic22 I’m sure your right for Canada but don’t think it works that way in the US. Matt bought the 991.2 RS used why would he be “forced” to sell to get a new allocation ? In a previous video one of the house ones he says “John” as the new implied owner of the RS.

@@GBMM7 You're most likely right if he mentioned a name but I know it works the same way in the US when it comes to allocations. At least for most car allocations. Matt is well known and might have some sort of privilege because of that...who knows. You also often have to deal with dealer markups in the US which we don't have in Canada. The reason GT car owners are asked to trade in their existing GT cars for a new allocation is since these cars are in such high demands, they can make tons of money with them when they resell your used one AND sell you a new one at the same time. It's like double dipping. But at the end of the day, you'll also make a ton of money if you resell your 992 GT3 on the private market and they're aware of it which is why it isn't such a big deal for most GT car owners to take a hit when trading in their existing one for a new one.

Obviously the GT3 touring is more of a road car than the RS. U won’t understand how rough the 3RS suspension is Unless you owned one. If Matt doesn’t even track that much, it’s just an expensive garage sitter. Manual Gt4 and GT3 touring is the perfect combo.

My 992 is coming and these are at all time highs in value, so I did the right thing for once and sold it at a profit.

@@ObsessedGarage makes perfect sense. Some of us gets so invested in the projects you’re working on and I never thought you’d get rid of it that soon..but obviously for a good reason.

You can buy a very thin black decal that looks almost exactly like the visor material. I did this and it’s zero risk for screwing up the visor. Search Rennlist.

I'm with you on that one, I don't think you're supposed to remove them though!

@@thomaslahr9022 I did that Decal method its a matt black sticker that fits right over that Warning label. It's much better this way

I don’t know what Hytorc’s cost is but generally the retailer has more of the margin. I’m making 30%.

unfortunately, RU-vid cares more about their business than their creators, if he doesn’t do something that favors the algorithm, he won’t get all the eyes on his channel that it deserves. instead he’s sticking to what he wants to make, and growing his channel against the grain, organically.
