We check out the Aircraft mod on our (mostly) fresh copy of GTA 3.
At the same time, we also test the Collision Fix mod, which, as the name implies, fixes collision between the player and the objects in the game.

I recommend downloading and installing the Assisted version of III Aircraft mod. All you need to do is extract the contents from the zip folder into your GTA 3 folder, and it should work out of the box.

Yep but, I got crashed with unhandled exception when any spawn aircraft model location (ex. Francis International Airport)

@@ufahtrainer8 you have downgrade your GTA 3 version to 1.0 otherwise the mod will not work properly

Also recommended to use "sit in boat" mod. Unless you don't mind seeing Claude's animation glitch when riding Speeder boat or Skimmer plane. Since Claude's legs are seen under the plane for Skimmer and his legs are not visible for Speeder, the only boat with seat. This mod is to fix it.

Truly a mod worth the installing Naz. I mean Claude isn’t a pilot type of person. And we can make him ride a helicopter and plane. Nice 🚁 ✈️

Also recommended to pair with "Sit in Boat" mod. It fixes Claude's legs animation when driving Speeder and Skimmer. Where he was supposed to be sitting instead of standing. You see Claude's legs when driving Skimmer, right? This mod is to fix it.

Ok.. ima get this mod NOW!... Shame they haven't made a FIXED DODO. I mean the model is in the game, just give it the new skimmer and wheels modified I guess.

Nothing is really replaced, right? Since in Vice City, the aircraft mod replaces the existing airplanes. This really makes up for the lack of motorcycles since nothing is replaced.

I have trouble installing a particular mod called VC Cars In Action, any help? the game keeps crashing when the new cars load in and the included ASI files can't get loaded with either Ultimate ASI Loader or Silent's ASI loader. (yes i know this is a heap of a question but im frustrated w/ this mod)

Here's what I suggest. Open the scripts folder and find the file global.ini Make sure that the line LoadFromScriptsOnly is set to 0. This will make sure that all the .asi files are loaded, not just the one in scripts folder.

@@studbyte Make sure you don't have identical .asi files or .ini files in the main directory or scripts folder. Also, check if you have other car mods already installed at the same time. Could be a conflict between files of the same name.

@@Nassyy I mean that when i see this helicopter it's landing gear and interior will be invisible. They will only appear when I fly it. This does not happen to the other vehicles in this mod.

If you use keyboard, go to Controls. The 'Dodo Up' or 'Dodo Down' represents the keys you press to make the plane go up or down.

@@frankievice80s74 Somehow, modders managed to make aircraft work in III, which is very impressive. I also recommend installing Collision Fix, to make it a better experience while landing your helicopter.

GTA: Liberty City ports GTA 3 to Vice City with every mission, and includes motorcycles.

@@ebookjapan8054I tried that mod and it has several issues... -no classic control option -no idea how to use rear view camera in standard control since Q+E won't work anymore -although Claude now can swim but he can only move forward, cannot change direction. I prefer classic control over standard control in most gameplay, especially during exploration. Standard control sometimes when passing through narrow platforms on high places and during combat. Since I prefer play without relying on mouse which is not possible in standard control. Unless on specific tasks like rampages or collecting hidden packages on narrow platforms I use standard.
