GTA 4's DLC The Ballad of Gay Tony has a feature side activity of all-out cage fighting, involving not only bare knuckles but also melee weapons, coming at you by opponents with varying skill levels.
This is mere gameplay of me unlocking the achievement and winning the cage fighting championship for the first time.
