GIMBUS GIMBUS Bcoz they are not R* and dont knw all functions of RAGE engine. Also the ENB wasn't updated for V like that of IV. So, we cant get better mods than these.
MrGesellenstueck I like the standard graphics in GTA 5 because they look balanced and natural. Many graphics mods I've seen look oversaturated and crushed in comparison. They remind me of the "dynamic" or "vivid" picture modes on TVs and phones. I like colors to be as close to real life as possible.
Vanilla all the way like on every single video, FiVeX; Way too much contrast and saturation, TOO MUCH, and i don't think you would use it for normal gameplay, i think it's more for cinematics, because with those fps, i think is useless, FPS over graphics i go. QuantV makes the game look a bit more clear and sharpier (DoF seems disabled on this one), but i do really like the game with it's fog, and a bit of blur on the distant landscapes to gain more focus on what's near you, the saturation and contrast is higher too. I think every mod for GTA V i just a super contrasted one and with way too much saturation, camera lenses, brighter effects for the sun (you get my point), then you put the ''realistic graphics mod'' title on any video and that's it (I'm not criticizing candyland by the way, i love them :P). Vanilla just nailed it on it's graphics, the colors are not over-saturated, neither washed out, the contrast is pretty fine too, you get really good views where the light is dimmer and the darkness it's strong, you don't get any problems to play with it. So if you want to make some ''realistic'' footage, a movie, or anything else that isn't playing normally, then go for it, but i wouldn't play a game that has ''amazing graphics'' (on quotes bc i don't think they are really pretty tbh) with a mod in exchange of performance, which will drown your FPS in a really drastic way.
Nobody can actually say "Vanilla is better than Quant", because It wouldn't make any sense. For the first time original graphics were surpassed in every single aspect!
It’s all about NVE & Frosty Reshade. Also, if you have a RTX card you can use RTGI along with the previous two mods and it will definitely look better then this
I don't understand why people freak out over a little saturation in games. Like I mean you people really exaggerate how "Over saturated" it looks when it's really not. Idk I guess it's probably your pc monitors. Not everything always has to be so dull. Look at the game Dying Light for example, it used to have a nice balance of saturation, but since the gaming community gets so anal about graphics they ended up making the game all faded and dry color wise. Well at least the enhanced edition restores a bit of vibrancy.
Graphics mods dont have to be about realism, I like the way it looks. Its what Im looking for, colorful, bright, and bloomy, its what Im into. Doesnt look stale.
Ive noticed with all of these there are places where the mods look good and places where they look horrible. Where the Vanilla shader is consistently good. Yea you might get a nicer cityscape screenshot with one of these than you would with Vanilla. But then just about everything else looks like ass.
Keep in mind Vanilla is a bit different now to this day. I think vanilla is the best out of the three. Vanilla never disappoints me it still keeps the same colors just better textures. The others are to much and grey unrealistic you will get bored of it eventually. But with vanilla nah because your getting the same vibe just more detail.
Some more mods for #GTAV - QuantV doesn't need ReShade or ENB while FiVeX brings candy-look to GTA. FiVeX has its strength with cloudy, rainy or overcast weather. FiveX is atrocious. It's like some instagram filter from hell. QuantV gives some pretty nice natural lighting effect, but i'd be wanting a pretty small performance impact for such a slight enhancement over vanilla.
FiveX i'd say is the best but the trees and foliage, ugh, they are like bright green and that unrealistic and horrible looking, if it had trees more like QuantV or Vanilla then it would be far better otherwise QuantV is a slight improvement but the Vanilla is fine
ali khan I'm waiting for it. The map will be bigger than the Gta 5 map because the old gen consoles kept the map from being bigger. I would say we can expect something between 3 gta 5 maps and the just cause 3 map.
