if you dont know yet, in your garage, there is a thing called "special vehicles" which are also rare cars you cant get anywhere else. it includes things like the T20, Turismo R, and Zentorno.

U can find The Pegassi Zentornos easily at those big buildings where the space are meant for car parking. ( dunno wat u call those srry) Most of em are near the Union Depository.

Just play as Franklin and go to grove st garage and you’ll be able to find a lot of nice cars and if you want you can still upgrade them to look even better..
