@@enderguardian7443 Doug clearly was calling in aid, needing legal advise ASAP because if not granted Doug would be wrongly/or not executed by public. They are not only friends but Parkzer is closest person that Doug expects not only to answer the call but the question with good intentions, with knowledge and with intent to help Doug. I doubt anyone would consider that harassment especially if Parkzer didn't inform Doug that his actions are annoying to him. There is no ground for a case here imo but I don't know anything about law let aside US law as a EU citizen besides that paragraph.

16:35 This was the exact moment my oven started beeping. Doug got his selfie, and I went to put the hands in the oven. Oh also driving on the sidewalk in North Carolina is just flat out illegal. From what I know, most states do not directly say that it is, so I guess we've had a lot of people use the sidewalks as roads. There are also laws against playing bingo for over 6 hours, serving alcohol at bingo games, women wearing "under 16 yards of clothing" (whatever that's supposed to mean), rollerblading on roads (it may be highways specifically, I don't remember) rollerblading IN THE SUNLIGHT, you can get a DUI on a horse, and happy hour is illegal. No one has been arrested for any of these things aside from the horse one in quite some time from my knowledge, they're just written laws that we haven't gotten rid of. Oh, and if you register as "married" when you go to a hotel with someone, you are then legally married to them.

my favorite part of this video is how much of what is and isn't legal for doug boils down to the air bud clause; i.e., that it's not ILLEGAL which means it's TECHNICALLY legal, which is definitely how the law works.
