Parkour mechanics would be badass if they add that. GTA V is so lame when it comes to running away on foot. They gotta make it flow better and heck, maybe do it where it's something you can learn to do or simply become better at when you exercise and increase your stamina and all that.

If you notice when Lucia moves around in her white bikini, the pieces dangling from her back move at their own speed, as they would in real life. so I think that could be a sign for what your speaking about on the Clothing matter.

Why do all games from Rockstar never die? Because Rockstar, since the beginning of making games, has always prioritized "the latest details and features" and that is the most important thing.

IDK if anyone noticed but in the leaks, jason is standing and picks up a rifle from the street when he bent down and get up, you can see what it appears to be like bracelets on his hand moving up and down with his hand and everyone already has mentioned Lucia's skirt movement so yeah cloth physics is definitely there.

gta 6 has a $2 Billion Budget, i think all of the best developers are working on ever aspect that everyone's talking about. It's a game I'm sure that will last another 10+ years with more to do that gta 5 online which I'm still playing till this day

Rockstar is testing interior gameplay with new update. Being able to go into invader office and not have to load into it. And able to see outside from in.
