Public Version of GTA III Rage Classic came out four days ago.
GTA III RAGE Classic is a complete conversion of 2001's hit, GTA III, to the Rockstar Advanced Game Engine using the original game's content.

aronS:') opinions dude, besides San Andreas to me, was the weakest of the series, it had good gameplay changes, but story sucked major ass, some of the missions can kiss my bunghole (especially everything with planes) and most of the San Andreas in that game was fucking empty, GTA V doesn't feel as empty, has much more care and detail put into it, the story from what i've played so far is great and the characters are likeable (i couldn't care less for horseface CJ)

Clayton Luce I'm late, i know. It's just the Map along with some cars in the GTA IV engine. You won't believe how HARD is it to convert all the mission and side quests from a different engine to another one... It's damn near impossible, and i'm pretty sure the modder doesn't have time to try and re-code all the missions and dialogues back in this version. It just isn't worth it. As GTA V runs on the same RAGE engine ( but modified ) i'm very curious if we will see a GTA IV remake in GTA V, or vice-versa with full missions/activities etc.
