In GTA 4: You sometimes survive after bailing out from a vehicle or a helicopter while flying close to the ground depending how you’re landing. In GTA 5: You instantly die and barely see moments after your death and the Wasted text pop up, even after you make a simple trip. (Haven’t played GTA for a while but man I do miss playing them Lol)

Are you talking about the Theme Song or the Radio? if Radio, GTA III & LCS *Head Radio* songs are NOT copyrighted - but other radio stations are licensed and copyrighted, same goes to GTA IV & other GTAs. Theme songs of GTA series are free to use.

I have mixed feelings. Unless R* use RDR2 graphics, make better car mirror reflections like *Forza/Gran Turismo* games, shifting gears animations in cars like *Midnight Club: LA,* maybe working windshield wipers, better physics engine, speed increase on vehicles and some other improvements. I doubt any that would happen but that'll make it somewhat worth it.
