Cesar congratulates CJ on taking out the Loco Syndicate but CJ is upset that he had to kill Ryder. Woozie arrives and tells them the job isn`t finished as the Loco still have a crack factory that needs to be destroyed.
Go to the garage down town and pick up the bomb car and drive to the crack factory. Kill the guards and use the ramp to get in the factory and park next to the chemical containers. Arm the bomb and escape the factory before using the guards car to jump the wall.
