You can actually drive the Moped on the interstate if its above 150 CC and can go the speed limit then its classified as a motorcycle. RIP CHP Lights BTW

Yeah you need a motorcycle endorsement on anything above a 50cc so as long as it can meet the speed of the roadway you’re on it’s legal

Please inform your HPs that any "scooter" with 150cc displacement or higher is legally classified as a motorcycle in California, and is thus freeway legal. A scooter that is driving at 90 mph is at least 300-400cc...

Buggs for a video you or Polecat should get arrested and have the other person steal the police cruiser while they are being transported (just more successful then in this episode). Or while you or Polecat are handcuffed have one of you drive by and they hop in your car then run from the police :)

On a moped if it has a certain cc to where you can run the legal speed limit you are aloud to have it on the interstate, however you can not lane split.

There’s no such thing as a blanket state law that says mopeds can’t be driven on the interstate. Moped is not a technical term, because if you look it up NOBODY has any clue what a moped really is and if it is able to keep up with traffic there’s no problems. Also that road is not an interstate, it’s a coastline highway

Buggs is not driving a moped. A moped is a motorcycle with a 50cc or lower engine and with a top speed of 25 to 30 mph. Just because we associate a moped with that kind of body style does not mean that it is a moped. So in short its perfectly legal on the freeways.

I am pretty sure that Mopeds can be driven on highways, but you have to be as close to the curb/side as possible/practical. I do not believe you have broken any laws.
