Yes in my opinion it’s better and Johnny is much more in depth and interesting than luis

@@theofficialwhiteman1494 thats a lie, tlad and tbogt are both small DLCs, if anything tbogt has more of a story because it has 26 missions and more side content than tlad. TBoGT has more features aswell. Johnny's character is also very inconsistent throughout the story, you cant tell when he is going to be strong or weak. but to andrew Yes u should play TLAD next
