+Tyler “Tyminator” Farr Relistically: About 18-25 min in the massacre, the murderur would be dead, unless if he had a bomb-squad uniform. However, those are expensive and illegal to have. But if an actual murderur would have this, then the law enforcment would literally send in JETS and TANKS to stop the suspect. I'm not kidding. Bomb-squad uniforms are literally bulletproof. And also they would tell all citizens to go and stay in their houses, or to their nearest buildings. I'd just stay at my house if i actually saw this in a street.

***** Would you rather be shot down and no military/law enforcment officials caring for it? There are special military helicopters with gattling guns, or SWAT van turrets that could eaisly shoot down the suspect. Even with a bomb squad uniform. Those are bulletproof, but can tear up with a couple hundred shots.

Military was involved at 6 stars. There is no 6 stars in GTA V. It was kind of unrealistic anyway. Military is not involved with criminal justice. They have no jurisdiction to do so.

Yeah that's true. But even though we can steal their jets, tanks or jeeps they wont come after us for long and we get away with it, instead the COPS fly around with their helicopters and try taking us down.. So the police have jurisdiction over the military in that case? That's odd..

Actually the military will try to take you down while you're in the base, with tanks an jets etc. Just not outside of it.
