You have to change the camera view by hitting select is sucks cuz you can't see the helicopter but it's the cam review where it lets you see like the side of you and every now and then it changes until like the movie cinema and you just shoot like any other time you're like on a motorcycle or in a car just hit the L2 R2 R2 and let her rip with the o but that's the only view you can use to shoot in a helicopter unless you have the army helicopter then you can shoot all day but with the regular helicopters like the Maverick or the news vcn helicopter that's the only way you have to use the camera of you wear your inside of it or the cinema looking kind of camera where it keeps changing your view like you're watching a movie type of you what if you have that army helicopter you could shoot all day but unless you don't that's the only way to shoot in a helicopter you can't shoot with the view where you see the helicopter sorry buddy but that's the only way at least you know the how

You need a boat. Cross and go to other island. Plenty of helis there.
