This game is kind of underrated in my opinion Maybe the main reason is that it's just available on the PSP and PS2 For me it's in the top 3 GTAs ever It has one of the best stories and there were so much new features Also Vice City is my favorite GTA city in general

Agree. This is probably the only game no one ever mentions. I remember getting this game when I was 9 years old and it took me 4 to 5 years to beat the game. But I would say San Andreas and Vice City Stories are my childhood GTA games plus my top two for sure.

The nostalgia has hit me so hard that a tear came down my eye. I still have this game on psp. the problem is that my psp broke and I've not had the time to buy a new one. Back when this game kept me entertained for months. Probably my most favourite gta. I loved Vic. he had that impeccable character and you can imagine how aggravated I was to realise that it was Vic who died in gta vice city -_-

My first GTA game was 3, It was sorta hell trying to beat that game but I later became an expert on it. What you should do is look up tips and tricks for certain missions on RU-vid to help you with GTA vice city stories, that's what I do.

GTA Vice City Stories has the best story. Unlike other GTA games, your character started out as an innocent clean law-abiding citizen and you get to play how he slowly got tricked and dragged into a criminal life while making morons rich and your love ones die, all just to make a living and pay off his brother's medical bills. A good guy in the bad man's game.

I really enjoyed playing Vic Vance and I refuse to believe he died despite Rockstar's confirmation. I believe the man killed in the opening of Vice City was Pete Vance, it makes no sense to Vic's character going back to the drug trade especially after Lance fucked everything up that got Louis killed. Not including the top down PS1 games, I always liked to pretend Grand Theft Auto started in 1984 with Vice City Stories, followed by Vice City taking place in 86, San Andreas in 92, LCS in 98, III in 2001, IV, TLAD, & TBoGT in 2008, Chinatown Wars in 2009, and V in 2013. I know Rockstar stated they take place in "different universe", but I find that idea bullshit. I like to believe all GTA games take place in one world; The Grand Theft Auto world. More fun for me. Lol

This game was my favorite, because this was the only GTA game I've been playing before, in my PSP. While the game was released in like 2006, the story takes place in 1984 before the original Vice City which is set in 1986. So chronologically this is the first 3D GTA.

I really miss this game, I wish Rockstar would release it on PC for it's 10th anniversary. I don't have a PS2 and my PSP broke years ago so my only system to play this game on would be PC. I would also like GTA : LCS on PC.

You can play it on PC using the PS2 emulator, PCSX2, it worked for me. I almost finished 20 missions on PC.
