GTA Vice City The Definitive Edition Paramedic Level 12 Guide 

This guide was very helpful it only took me 2 tries after watching this. The only reason I failed the first time was because I accidentally ran over a patient on level 10. My second run I was taking a lot of damage I was scared my ambulance was going to blow up. You actually have more time than you think. Don't go slow but take your time. The pause menu is your friend. I would pause every level map out the best route.

99.99% complete. I got BUSTED by a one star cop at the hospital drop off when I stopped to let out my last people on level 12. I stop, 3 people get out, I got the audible "bleep" sound, RESCUED in green on the screen, followed by BUSTED. I had to run from a police station to see if the game registered me finishing the 12 missions ...It didn't, Tommy got tired from sprinting. Imagine the frustration. I was more stunned and impressed than angry.

I agree, Vice point is defo the best place to do paramedic. Also I was so happy when I realised there was no patients on the beach in this version

Made it to level 9, some dumb ass NPC side swiped me and the ambulance went backward and ran off the patient. No platinum for me I guess, no way I'm doing this all over again.

I ended up completing this mission on my second try at vice Beach. First of all, this mission is a million times easier on this game than on gta 3 (for me at least). Second of all, I didn't actually encounter a problem with the thieves on both tries so I must've gotten really lucky. I also I had pretty lucky spawns because I managed to quickly grab a group of patients that spawned near each other. With the camera glitch I was talking about on your gta 3 guide, it's extremely unreliable on this game because there are more turns and I think there is a larger render distance on this game because not many cars dissappear this time. Anyway this is a great guide!

Highest I've gone was level 8 at vice beach. I was on my way back to the hospital from down south when an npc was crossing the street. No cops around so i thought no problem if i bump into her. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. Ambulance gets sent flying high in the air from a little past ammunation all the way to the mall and the ambulance goes sliding on its side across the street and into the ocean. I wasn't even going that fast smh. I'll try your advice next week. I'm too astonished at how unlucky i am

Did this on my first try. I spent DAYS doing this in III it was infuriating you should find it a breeze if you've done it on III

fk fk fk, i hate this either ambulance explodes or i run into them and they die cause they dont wait for me to stop

This one is soooo much easier than GTA 3, I think the ambulance in this game has better handling or GTA 3 made me good at driving an ambulance

I lost at level 12 on my way back with my last patient because some wee dick in a stallion decided it would be the perfect time to have an accident and flipped me over and I blew up

Never had a problem with completing this. The one in GTA 3 on the other hand almost gave me heartattack several times

Quick Tips is remove ambulance door back both And side passenger using chair saw And i finished level 12 But thank you

I been having some trouble with this mission then I found this video and did it on the first try and why the NPCs have to be such bad drivers?

This was so much easier in the original vc
