Just guessing, but I think they probably wanted a smooth transition between this cutscene and gameplay, so they changed it to an in-game sequence instead. If it was a separate rendered cutscene like this then there would have been another loading screen between it and the first moment of gameplay which would have been a bit clunky. In the final game you see Ken get out of the car, then it immediately cuts back to Tommy and you take control for the first time.

The hell are you saying? yeah it was brief but it still works with style.

Note reminder: this is because GTA 3d series didn't support windows 10/11. GTA sa on windows 11 even worst the keyboard doesn't work. Hopefully there are patch fix for GTA sa on windows 11

@@nx9491 i use windows 11 since the release day and san andreas with silent patch and etc. Works perfectly for me that's because win 10 and 11 are pretty much the same and the same programs work and etc.
