The most powerful one is in Vice City. With Ammu-nation insta-reload upgrade, you can continuously shoot rockets like a machine gun. Think the infinite ammo twin sawed-off shotguns from san andreas, but with missiles.

I have a glitch about rocket launchers in gta IV. Put on god mode in the trainer settings then put on unlimited ammo, take out a rocket launcher and shoot the ground near you then you will fly around like a madman.

Yeah, gta 4 was so good for singleplayer. I was completing it last December, this game touched me so much that I had some warm memories this summer and autumn when I remembered how I played it. However I like gta online too. It's just different but it is also great to play with your friend
