W6 is safe on both of these surfaces. Just make sure you apply to a cool surface, out of direct sun and make sure to rinse thoroughly (do not let it dry).

Hi! Will this work to remove debris stuck to the windshield? Is it safe on glass and the rubber seal? TIA!

Razvan - This product is safe on glass and trim and can help remove iron deposits on this area. However, if the debris are not iron deposits, I do recommend different products designed to take care of this type of contamination. Something like the Gtechniq W8 v2 Bug Remover to remove bug guts or the CarPro Tar X for heavy dirt and grime is a better option.

Do I use the W6 after contact wash or pre wash? Is it safe on ceramic coating?

We generally recommend using the W6 after knocking any loose dirt and grime off the surface. This allows the W6 to target just the iron deposits and not other contamination. Just be sure to thoroughly wash or rinse the area after use. The W6 is coating safe as well.

You can, but make sure to never apply in the sun, apply to a cool surface, and never let it dry on the ppf. Rinse thoroughly after use and always test a new product on a small inconspicuous area to be extra careful.
