Joe Granata ....Whoaaa. Wait a minute! Lol. Bacon, has that range that separates the men from the boys. From what’s possible, and what’s not possible...And to hear him reaching these notes in the studio is one thing, but to see him do it live, few can achieve what you see here. Yes, he’s too high pitched for others to reach. You’re right.

Bacon sang lead on a couple of songs on one of Mike Oldfield's albums called "Islands". "Magic Touch" was a modest hit (and a great song!) and he also does a duet with Bonnie Tyler on that album called "Islands" that is pretty good. Always liked his voice.

If you ask me, Max Bacon should be the guy fronting Styx right now. Lawrence Gowan is a great keyboardist and singer but the problem is he sounds nothing like Dennis DeYoung. Max Bacon absolutley nails that DDY broadway voice.

Mover was kicked out of Marillion because Fish was shot down by a girl that took Mover home later the same night. Mover and the girl became an item and a few weeks later she showed up at the studio and Fish blew a gasket.Mover was released the next morning. Documented in the "I'd Hit That" drummers podcast. Synths are all Hackett. Howe doesn't have to prove a thing.....he's playing, he's always played. That's my close friend Jonahan Mover on the cans. I'm not 100 % but nothing b mentioned over him. He and Howe and as great and respected the rest of the band is, is dmost talented one up there. He did Satrianis Surfing with the Alien. He was on Fuels big album it escapes me worked with Aretha, Cooper but you gotta see him fly. I've been watching him since he H We were kids. Never forget I show up. He's woodshed g to Jeff Becks There and Back....Space Boogie. Which to him was Simon. It takes me a second. I look back up, ow he's friggin nailing Simon Phillips parts like nothing. And of course he lived up the street. I was best friends with his brother and would just show up and watch him. Today something changed. He taught himself, in a short period of time I remember because I was so surprised, ho a to play ambidextrous. Phe was not only Killin Sapce Boogie and th e legendary Simon Phillips.......he's doing it lefty. And I'm not kidding, uhhh last week you were a righty. Lol. And how he was able to become a better player after that. His chops went through the roof. Moved to London and got that gig. Yup. Figured I'd throw that in there, That's real stuff. I was there. Great video. Great memories. And I always loved Steve Howe. Growing up plating (it was the water in our neighborhood , lots of players) just Howe was huge for me. Thanks for posting.
