Very tasty and the pork was very tender forgot, the pineapple. So went back DID EXTRACE SAUCE USING JUICE FRON CHUCKS OF PINEAPPLE. ADDED TO REMAINDER OF SWEET AND SOUR PORK MORE THAN ENOUGH.😋

Bravo Ah Pa! I never like to make this dish because I can never make the sauce right-either not enough gravy, or towards the end dunno why the gravy becomes tasteless after combined with the fried meat...got so fed up i dowan do lol Now i see Ah Pa cook this I feel like trying

Ive tries just now it was nice except my meat was huge is like nugget size 😄. Need to make it smaller next time. But i am not able to make it crunchy, do i need more corn starch?
