… it’s more tastier… if your egg dish also includes…red onion+ prawns +chilli padi + tomato+soy sauce… (baking soda + water + prawns for few minutes…deshelled prawns cut into chunks … marinate with soy sauce… fry prawns quickly… set aside the “plump and bouncy prawns”… to add last to the egg omelette)!

Add quartered white onions and sliced celery. And frozen peas if you like them. Same recipe works for beef or pork as well, just change it to beef or pork powder.
