Elaine, a fantastic use of a tool to help to achieve effective results while minimizing 'wear and tear' and fatigue on your hands. Outstanding as always!
This is quite interesting, thank you! As someone who gets swollen face and puffy eyes because of frequent allergic reactions, I'm always glad to learn something new. Normally, I just take antihistamines and apply ice (it's only somewhat effective, but definitely better than nothing).
I can relate to allergies and they are irritating in more ways than one! It could be worth trying this out, plus I'm doing a video on the Jade Roller soon and this is also a really good way of helping to shift puffiness (plus the kits are excellent value on Amazon) :)
You have the most blissful voice and diction! Your videos aren't just educational, they are the most soothing thing on RU-vid. 🖤💀🖤 Could you please do a video on ASIAN HEAD SPA treatments?
loved this! I've had an anxious day so it was fab to see you'd uploaded. I always love your massage videos - they're so calming to watch and listen to your voice describing the techniques and products :)
Thanks for the lovely feedback and it makes my day to know that these videos can take your anxiety back down. I'll ramble on about anything if it helps you to relax lol :)
Thank you for this very well done and fabulously informative video. And I love your accent; love Scotland too--such a beautiful and hsitory-rich country.
@@tatianamoreno5370 Whatever you prefer as you might want to help shift any puffiness in the mornings with this tool, or spend a bit of time at night massaging your face as part of your facial care routine :)
I am very grateful for this video.I recently purchased two wooden tools and a jade roller. I found your video while searching for lymph drainage. I noticed that the lymph nodes on the right side of my neck are swollen, like a small ball. If i wanted to work this area what would be the best technique and tool.If I use moxi and/or cupping please advise as to the order. Bless you
Definitely book an appointment to check all is well with your doctor. Swollen glands can be a symptom of something underlying and your doctor will be able to investigate for you - that's what we'd always recommend in a client consultation :)
@@homespabeauty I have an appointment with my medical doctor on the 27th. Can you thank you by the way for getting back to me. So if I were going to do The Gua Sha, the moxie, and the cupping in what order would you recommend.
@@betinabinah1825 That's great that you're looking after yourself - we all need to do that and avoid a treatment until you have medical approval :) I'm not an expert in this area of particular tool use, so my recommendation as a therapist would be to concentrate on one chosen tool per session and not to over stimulate the skin with multiple treatments. That's just my opinion though and I'd look towards someone with an in-depth knowledge of each if you were looking for more detail :)
I would like to see videos on gua sha done on other parts of the body, namely the back and the thigh. Also, can you make massage videos for the bikini line, hips, glutes and back of the knee? Videos on this are so rare.
I can definitely add those to my to-do list and I always say that if I don't personally think I can demonstrate something, I'll look for someone who'd be happy to demo on the channel who really does know a treatment inside out :)
It's not something that I've read and there are lots of articles and blogs suggesting that you can refrigerate it. I wouldn't claim to have the definitive answer and as it is naturally quite cool, you could choose never to use that method if you didn't want to. Sometimes advice evolves and where we once used a tool in a certain way, it changes over time and we learn better ways to work with it :)
Thanks! It's not something I've been specifically trained in but there are lots of treatments and products that can definitely benefit that area. I'll do some research & see what I can do :)
Funnily enough I did a video recently of facial cupping with ACU Supply - here's the link x ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qSzzIdNeVeI.html
Could this be used for cellulite or is their something better for stimulating that area. I would love a video on that. I’m pretty fit but that damn cellulite.
Isn't it a pain to try and reduce the appearance of! From what I've been researching it can definitely help on those areas in conjunction with a good body product and the usual tips and tricks. I might do a video on cellulite because there's lots of information that we can chat about that might be new to some people. If you don't already dry body brush then that could be a good place to start :)
