Gail Jenaway I got a few for comparison. The rose quarz one is comparably soft and doesn't make as much sha as the horn one. If you like the cold feel it's a good choice for face and neck.

Andrea Croci you can use a massage oil (careful if you use plastic guashaban) on your skin and clean the guashaban after use with alcohol if you share it with others. Else water and gentle soap is sufficient.

anye76 you can just start without practitioner. guasha is a home remedy in China, no formal training required.

it’s better to apply a balm or oil with a gua sha so that it doesn’t tug on your skin and i’m pretty sure you can just use any balm or oil , but u should do research to find which one is best to use on your skin

Best to avoid plastic & metal. The scrapping motion causes static build-up (positive ions) and that's not good for your body.

I bought one recently that was make out of jade and it was not scrapping at all, very round edges...is it suposer to be almost like a blade that you can cut with it or more like a butter knife ? of like a credit card? and what brand do you recommend that has the best price for the value? wich is a stone, big, and has a great shape? thanks man!

+michel something in between is what we recommend. A butter knife is a bit too sharp, but the jade one (like we have in the video, but may not be very easy to tell) is a bit too blunt. I guess it's literally just about weight, size, shape. Wood is obviously easier to break than plastic but not as easy as stone if you drop it but at the same time light weight.

Hi i bought resin but i feel duped bc its plastic..i hate them so much..how can they call it redin legally..ir am i imaging its plastuc bc they don't bend.. they say resin natural resin but feels like plastuc..im sure its plastic i got tricked how is this legal? Its fraud!! Do you know about this ?? seriously its 6 buses all day trip to tmreturn around 20$but ouch!!!!if its pkastic..legally it should day plastic not resin ..if its resin there should be information somewhere online about the resin..its PLASTIC..😭🤢
