Hartman, the name of Yondu's arrow is the Yaka Arrow. The Yaka Arrow is a whistle- controlled arrow made from Yaka that uses technology native to the Centaurian people. The Yaka Arrow is Yondu Udonta's favored weapon. Highly skilled in its usage, one is always kept in a holster by his side. In order for Yondu to use the Yaka Arrow, he uses a Prosthetic fin to control the Yaka Arrow.

My favorite thing, the Yaka Arrow is far cooler in the movie than it was in the comics. In the original Guardians comics Yondu had limited control over the arrows. His whistles guided it, but it still had to be shot from a bow. Of course, Movie Yondu doesn't have that issue. Full control. Also worth noting to those unaware, the Yaka arrow can only be controlled by Centaurians. It's not possible to show it well in movie form, but the frequency needed to control it can only be reached by a Centaurian's whistle.

Razer Howl it's a shame that DC and marvel aren't popular on TV these days (aside from teen Titans go😤). 2000s, 90s, and 80s were awesome for DC and marvel thankfully DC still makes killer movies (they recently made a new teen Titans movie and it was awesome), but I wish marvel and DC shows would return as hard as they used to fingers crossed for young justice season 3 to not be overshadowed by teen Titans go

I love watching this channel not just because the art is AWESOME, but because Butch himself is such a cool guy. You can tell he's been in the cartoon industry for quite some time, but he's also so full of young energy. He talks about stuff young people do without being the stereotypical "how is it going my fellow dude young hip people" guy. I just love this channel and this guy so much keep up the awesome work Butch

Groot being the 'kid" of the group was even more pronounced in one of the end credit scenes. Now we know that Groot goes through every stage of growth, EVERY stage of growth.

Amazing. You were a big influence in my childhood. I remember my friends and I quoting everything from Fairly Oddparents, and finishing my homework and chores in time so I can watch Danny Phantom. I occasionally doodle in my spare time and watching these videos are really inspiring. I think I can speak for many when I say thank you for making my childhood fun. Kids nowadays are missing out haha

The Guardians of the Galaxy HAVE been animated. Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes's version had a different aesthetic than as we know because the movie hadn't come out yet. When the movie exploded the popularity an animated series based on the aesthetic of the movie was made

Butch you are one of if not my favorite childhood animators. I just wish you could reboot Danny Phantom. I think it would be interesting to see the characters as older versions of themselves but still have their quirkiness about them. Maybe you could draw some concepts for that in your next video.

Fun fact: at one point the guardians of the galaxy end up on the planet where venom from spiderman comes from. Although they are friendly rather than what venom became.

Is it weird that I think you're movies are the best, Butch? I think if you did a world-building, action dramedy like Danny Phantom but even moreso, that would be it! I remember when Timmy and Danny were willing to go to any lengths to protect their families. That when it came to crunch time, they'd give up everything for the ones they love. It wasn't about all of the magic or super powers, it was about the heart and friendship at the core of it all. :)Autistic kid learning about that stuff, good job!

Have you ever heard of Amalgam comics, Butch? It's a series that was done by both DC Comics and Marvel that combined some of their most famous characters. Captain America + Superman = Super Soldier, Wolverine + Batman = Dark Claw, Iron Man + Green Lantern = Iron Lantern, etc. How about drawing some superhero fusions next to commemorate Injustice 2, a DC comics fighting game, and Marvel vs Capcom Infinite, both releasing this year?
