its the culture. cambodia outside of phnom penh is conservative. people hang out with their family and cook at home. its looked down upon for youth to hang out at late hours especially females. cambodians are less outgoing and extroverted compared to the vietnamese and thai
i like these introspective and observant videos about life. many people these days can't appreciate such content they always have to have a lot going on for their brains to be stimulated. people also only watch what is in line with their beliefs they never want their beliefs challenged and are extremely fragile emotionally. this generation are weak. weak times create weak men
That’s right, the quality of videos doesn't matter, but what does, is that we support Troy and others in any way we can because they help other unfortunate people on our behalf. One day our space telescopes may discover that we're the only people in the universe.
You need to be careful and respectful with dogs. Dogs rarely just snap (unless rabid). I know of a dog walking company that will send a walker in to get a dog for a walk, having never met the dog before. From the dog's perspective that means a stranger coming into their pack's home and trying to kidnap them. Some will of course attack in that situation. I treid to tell the dog walking company this but they are only about profit (and give no insurance to the walkers of course).
i dont really understand why would you compare the price of a dish in an Indian restaurant in Cambodia to a price of a pho in Vietnam... of course a local dish will be much cheaper... if you went to an Indian restaurant in Vietnam you'd probably also pay a similar price... PS. i wish 7,50 USD would be an "extortionate" price these days for a main dish in a restaurant in Europe :D PS.2. i also wonder if you would guess a typical price of a banh mi in Poland :D
Dzen Dobry! Well they're both dining options & probably what most travellers will eat or come into their calculations for food. Banh mi is probably a rip off in Poland because they it's probably a bit of a niche product and they can't take advantage of the economies of scale?
@@troycambo haha, xin chao! ;) yeah, it's rather niche, however there are quite many (authentic) Vietnamese restaurants in Poland (at least in Warsaw), there is even a market (at Bakalarska street) that could be called "little Asia" :) (or even larger one outside of the city), however even at a "hole in the wall" restaurant there you'd pay around 20-25 PLN (4,50 - 5,50 USD) for a banh mi sandwich... and THATS an extortion ;) and another reason i want to travel to Vietnam again... ;)
Im going to also change a resolution Troy, a new years resolution. & even the Beatles sang about it, they say you was a resolution, well you know, wink wink.
