It was called the Cash Out initially when the street profits turned heel and debuted their new tag team finisher. I think once the heel turn failed, and they went back to being faces and kept the move but changed the name to Revelation

Couple of things 1) Malakai Blacks finisher in WWE when he was Aleister was "Black Mass", same move though. 2) I love when Sophie tries to inject a bit of culture in, and both guys are clueless. It's a really cleverly named move since it's a statue with a woman missing her arms, and the finisher is a hold where Deonna pulls both the arms of her opponent back. Also, Venus was a Roman god, not Greek. 3) Salt of the Earth is MJF's submission finisher.

I thought Tsumani was Tugboat's finisher, lol. I think Kacy Katanzaro (Katana Chance) and Kayden Carter's finisher is called The Keg Stand, but it's possible it was previously referred to as After Party.

Final Chapter (russian leg sweep/clothesline) thing is Authors of Pain, btw (They also sometimes use "Super Collider" against tag teams where they lift them for powerbombs, run them into each other, then powerbomb one onto the other.)

The Tsunami is just a top rope Splash, but I assume because Bronson's a big boy they call it Tsunami instead because what's a bigger version of a splash (of water)? A tsunami.

That’s a different move. The Keg Stand is more of a signature where as the After Party is their finisher. The After Party is the neckbreaker/ 360 splash combo.

What does an arm at have to do with the statue? Does it not have arms is that why? Cause if so I think even if I knew the statue I don’t think I would ever get that. Idk all I know is I thought it was Val too for the same exact reason Dante said. He legit took the words right out of my mouth 😂. And I would probably still have said Val even if I knew the statue.

@@davidstratton696 Deonna uses terms from that era in her character. I also saw a compilation of women's finishers. Doing a double arm lock where the arms are behind the back so it looks like you have no arms from the front. Hence Venus De Milo. I heard it once and I never forgot it.

I looked into it and from what I read the statue is a woman that’s believed to be Aphrodite and since that’s the goddess of love then it would work for Val’s gimmick too because it’s Val (I shouldn’t have to explain that). So I could totally see it being either and someone thinking it’s Val even if they know the statue.

AOP’s finishing move was the Super Collider. It was double powerbombs where they hit the backs of the opposing teams members contact one another and then turn and powerbomb them to the mat.

Struggled with a couple of the AEW ones, but again in the end, I SHOULD have the SCW title based on finishers. In fairness, I doubt even Tatum Paxley knows what her finisher's called - I've never heard it said on TV and she's won very few matches.

Yeah so for clarification on Kingston, I've never heard it called the Northern Lights Bomb however he has been using a powerbomb as his finisher ever since Grand Slam 2023 where he beat Claudio because when asking for advice from his idols, they suggested he wraps up matches using a powerbomb to quickly and efficiently cover.

fun fact: Eddie Kingston only recently started using the Northern Light Bomb and Power Bombs in general after a panel he was in included his idol Toshiaki Kawada. At one point Eddie said something about basing things he has done in his career after Kawada, including his Black and Yellow gear color. Kawada replied 'If you base your career off me, why don't you use a Power bomb?" Eddie replied, "I've always sucked with the Power Bomb, but okay."

Northern Lights Bomb was a tough one cause that's the move's proper name (also referred to as a Northern Lights Driver). I know the move but danged if I would've known who the quizzer was thinking of. It'd be like asking whose finisher the cutter or the chokeslam is.

I had 7 in the Wager Round... couldn't get the wrestler at the end. I don't know many newer wrestlers. Somehow I got Kingston correct (I don't watch AEW but I remember watching a match on RU-vid) and Malakai Black (which was also basically a guess). I missed a lot of the others.
