I'm a retired hairstylist. I got nervous with every haircut. In fact, I prayed , "Lord help me give them the perfect haircut." every time, I heard, " This is perfect."

When I lived in South fla, I use to do alot of celebrities. For me just another person. I never treated them any better than the average person. My chair everyone is treated special. And why I was very successful. I miss those clients.

Happy New Year's Matt! What an awesome story and detailed cutting video! I'm going to show my students this video when I get in class today (barber school instructor). The way you even said "THE JOURNEY" made me laugh out loud! I always tell my students as long as you treat everyone with respect and they give their 100% that will make them stand out from the rest.
