I hope you enjoy this action-packed 3rd installment of guessing fragrance houses! The real ones will watch to until the end for a very important message to the fragrance community 👀
What I love the most about these videos is that even the least biased, most honest, reviewers still maybe without knowing put a little bit of their bias into their review. Whether they love a house or not could innocently affect their overall opinion of the fragrance. Here we are getting purely honest thoughts. Purely unbiased thoughts. That's my favorite thing about these videos.
I am enjoying these collabs. The explanations of each fragrance you each give are informative and pique my interest to venture a little further into the niche realm.
I’m loving this “series” and the dynamics of it. This blind exercises are great to appreciate the juices beyond a brand name and packaging. Keep them coming! Warm hugs to you both!
Love these collaborations with Corbin! Great content as usual and I completely agree with your closing statements. Part of the fun of this is TRYING new things. You may not like it, but if you sample it at least you know what you're saying no to... OR you may find a new signature scent!
One of the best videos I ever saw I was so in to it And the last part of the video, the suggestions to always try something new it's so on point I been recently able to enjoy not the most challenging scent lately but certainly not the easy to my nose just like from a year ago and I want more and more because it's true your olfactory sense always growing getting smarter acute and so on. I been enjoying this combo of one of the most authentic musk and rose and oud on a very nice bed of dark woods Incense and a leather so animalistic but I found the fragance elegant rich opulent it feels so heavy yet again the rose it's place so perfectly in the building of the fragance like the necessary windows of the building so the scent can breathe effortlessly and beautifully the airy rose dancing whit frankincense invade the whole building of the fragance fron the bottom to the top And just like that this heavy fragrance doesn't feel heavy o dark anymore to my enjoyment it feels an elegant and proud scent with a foundation strong and mature it emanates confidence when I ware. And the woody elements ad sophistication when it blends and dance also whit the oud and the leather . Year ago I probably would sell this fragrance for cheap now I'm addicted to it. I feel like I found myself Trough this scent. I can't Express enough how much I enjoy this video of you Congrats to this fantastic idea and the spontaneous and sincere message to your viewers!!
Great content is always guys, I really enjoy when you do these types of videos, really big fan of both you guys channels, I wouldn't mind seeing up to part 10 if you could!
Good content guys, that's true I tried etat libre di orange rein insence intense. Wow very challenging and not easy to wear. Thank you will try I am trash, from South Africa 🇿🇦, Joburg South
Lovely scent profiles covered though What i like is the difference in taste of these two . They do converge at times but from their mannerisms .. so different. Both are gents tho .. no overbearing attitude but smooth adjustments to accomodate with differences.
I always get thrilled by this type of video. Kind of feels reluctant in boarding this train but when I do, never wanna get out. Very interesting, I love fragrances and I wish some day am gonna be able to pick up the notes like you do. Cool dos guy's and I hope one day you could do a video on how to pick up fragrance notes.
You finally smelled Overture Man! I commented about it on your initial video about Amouage Boundless and Material. Sampled Overture and it’s probably my favourite fragrance I’ve smelled. Seems impossible to get a bottle in Canada but I’ll be going to London in September and definitely making a trip to Harrods to get a bottle
Love these collabs JC! Love the genuine reaction to Overture Man and the elaboration for anybody starting their fragrance journey and exploring the niche world of perfumery. Dia and Memoir Man were my first niche purchases....and I've never looked back since. Overture Man is a monster of a fragrance from a well respected niche house that spares absolutely NOTHING when it comes to costs and ingredients for their creations. Amouage is my personal favorite niche house followed very closely by Roja Dove. Keep up the great work and stay safe 🤙
@@stayfreshproductionsYea bro. Dia is super elegant and in my opinion embodies somebody who's classy, wealthy, and has got their stuff together. It's not going to project like your typical beast mode Amouage's, but if somebody enters your "zone" you're going to turn heads and will be noticed. Give it a shot bro and keep up the great work sir 🤙
Tabbac28 is my no. 1 frag all time. I have a 100ml. For me, it smells like memory of my grandfather I loved and nothing triumph this frag to me. It is so special and mysterious. Life time top 3.
The last part about getting compliments and how to wear a perfume is something that a lot of people are missing. Some think their uber expensive perfumes will garner them compliments but ended up getting axed. People have to understand that they should wear a perfume not the perfume wearing them.
Bangn collab!!!! BIG UPS to you J and Shout Outs to Corbin💪💪You know ur $**t J even tho you couldn't guess it was Nishane, you still knew it wutn the others. Had that been on skin I think you'da nailed it bro. It's better on skin, anyway.... STAY FRESH PRODUCTIONS💪💪"THUMBS UP"🥊🔔
Been really curious about Eldo as a house. I generally like frags that toe the line between being appealing and a bit different, for example I love Layton exclusif, Naxos, guerlain ideal l'intense, noir de noir and so on. Is Eldo the place to be? Any recommendations?
Eldo is one of many places to be for that. Unfortunately I haven't smelled many of their very unique fragrances so I'm not the best to give recommendations. But a few fragrances from different brands that might interest you are Ganymede from Marc Antoine Barrois, Enclave from Amouage, and Timbuktu from L'Artisan Parfumeur.
@@stayfreshproductions wow the note breakdown on Ganymede looks insane! Going to have to search hard for a sample of that and will pick up a sample of enclave at the same time as I get my one of side effect 😉
@@stayfreshproductions well, managed to sample them all now and man, what can I say but enclave 😍😍. Housemate liked Ganymede on me, but I think I prefer a little bit of sweetness and unfortunately Timbuktu is just not my style of perfumery. Enclave, however, has definitely made it into my top three from the house!
So I know you already have a title for this series since I'm playing catchup from YEARS back lol.....but another one that could've worked and been catchy is "Whose House??" like the call and response at some sports events. I enjoy watching the two of you analyze these scents though.
I absolutely love Overture. It’s still only available at retail which sucks but I’m about to cave and buy it anyway as my decant is about gone. I have 26 Amouages and have had an additional 3 and Overture is right up at the top with Jubilation as my favorites from the house.
Came for the fragrance, stayed for the fragrance AND man candy... Been wanting to know more about ELDO, good-looking bottles aside, their concepts sound pretty interesting. Akro's another label, with the scents created around different addictions. And of course the escentric molecules lineup
I think a TV game show would be great! Like the dating game, but The Fragrance Game 🌟😍I think I got something here. Gotta contact my Hollywood connections😉
Hey guys! Great video, yeah Justin what you say about amouage overture it’s totally true because I worn it to work some people say I smell great .yeah Justin you needs to try amouage overture and a blessing weekend peace
Very intriguing video and definitely makes me more interested in Niche fragrances. I got my sample of PDM Layton today it was very good slightly sweet, complex and so smooth. Grace has excellent taste. I also got Creed MI and Killian Moonlight in Heaven. I thought they all had a very similar vibe. Overall Layton edges them out. I can’t believe people are hating on Brass and Soul before it is even out. I hope it is well received I know you put a lot care into it.
Thanks Phil! I'm glad you're slowly getting into more niche! And the haters will always be around when you're striving for success...H.A.T.E.R.S. = Have Anger Towards Everyone Reaching Success
It's good fun day with friends FRANGRANCES smells test in sunny weather 😎😊👌Beautiful laughs please continue the good work hopefully we cu in London playing some good music 🎶🎵😊my brothers
Justin I haven't smelled Amouage products for a while. But the best I ever smelled which I think is out of this world is Jubilation XXV. It is so complex yet so tastefully made, it actually has Ambergris, oud, Myrrh and Sweet Myrrh (opoponax) in addition to a ton of other lovely notes. I love the opening but the final mixture you get on the dry down is just amazing to say the least. To me it has more character than any other perfume I tried (Kilians and Clive Christians included). How does it compare with the other dark ones from the same house?
Hi Maan, I haven’t smelled it in years and at the time I smelled it I couldn’t fully appreciate it. I would say it’s one of the more complex scents Amouage has to offer and I plan to revisit it soon.
@@stayfreshproductions Thanks for the quick reply, give it a chance I think an experienced nose like yours will appreciate it very much. It does lean towards an oriental vibe, but not exclusively. Interlude, memoir and Lyric are on my next to sample.
Love Masculine Pluriel. Much more than I thought I would but my first impression was close to yours, Justin lol. I think the sweetness is from the lavender and patchouli
Justin, thanks for finally telling your viewers why they should get decants. The benefits of decants are never explained, the reason for decants are never told to the viewers. The reason for decants is so you can try all these thousands and thousands of fragrances without breaking the bank; when you find one you like, you buy a full bottle. I don’t know how many times I’ve replied to when someone comments that they can’t afford the fragrance being reviewed. I have hundreds of decants, I’ve been able to smell for myself if it’s as good as you say; I get to see if it works with my skin (so many frags smell great everywhere, just not on me).
Yes but, from my experience with decants from Ebay they never smell like the original.I got a decant of Bal D'Afric and it was just a faint smell, walking through the mall I happened to walk into Balredo store and sampled the original Bal D'afric and was blown away.
@@hudsond110 There’s a lot of shady dealers on eBay, for sure, but there’s a lot of trustworthy ones as well, and when you find them, stick with them. I never buy from anyone with less than a 99% score and I’ve only had successful purchases. There’s SO many decant sites on the web, too (there’s at least 10 I have bookmarked and utilize), and they tend to send free samples when you buy, extending your nose and experience even further.
Great video. I had a good laugh at the Versace pronunciation since it reminds me when I sold fragrances. Believe it or not I would get asked for Versace the way you pronounced it. It was difficult to keep a straight face as a professional salesman should do. The other popular mispronounced designers were Channel for Chanel and Carter for Cartier. Lan-come for Lancome. Her-miss for Hermes. And almost always Givenchy and Guerlain unless they were a French speaking customer.
@@stayfreshproductions I hope you get a sample of this and review it. I think it is sexy in a different way. People describe it as a 50’s starlet smoking her cigarette, but I get something more 1970’s from it. I love it. I would love to hear your take on it. And Grace. Oh Gabri. You have to let her blind smell it! She is either going to love it so much or have something super interesting to say.
Justin you gave it away when you told him the name as 'tabac 28', can easily relate it to santal 33🤣. I enjoy watching your videos, especially when you feature your lovely girlfriend Grace. ❤
Lol, there was no way I couldn’t acknowledge it because he knows I own it and talk about it all the time. So playing dumb would have made it more suspicious 😆 thank you!

@Chico S yeah I make plenty of cheddar..just won't spend it on a designer..I buy niche..private designer lines are just completely arrogant to me..literally marketed to people who are buying it for the price tag and the availability..it could smell like straight turds and they would buy it
