In a career spanning over 30 years it's not that big of an issue as it's being presented 😕 Assuming 24 as the age to start a career You being 30 you are just 6 years late If you see Dr's they start getting recognised at 36-40 years after years and years of Hardwork Anything thing which elevates you from your previous self is worth it. You have to be thick skinned No other choice.

Sir I did my MBA in finance at the age of 26 and passed in the age of 28. I secured a job in a general insurance company as an Underwriter. I wasted my younger years in govt job examinations. I am planning to do my cfa as well. I hope I can work hard on myself and achieve what I want in life.

Hey, guys. I also wasted few years in govt exams. Now I am 26, completed MBA in finance and continuously upskilling. I am very passionate about equity research and looking for a job in the same domain. I feel that 3-4 years doesn't make a huge difference. This video is anyways made for people of 30+ age. So I think we should work hard and upskill ourselves and in no time the goal will be achieved.

Thats the problem in india. In US you need 5yrs work ex for doing MBA and you work no matter the age of manager. Not everybody is fortunate enough to get the opportunity in early 20s. My advice would be don't think about all this...if you want to do finance go for it.

I'm 29, a 2015 bcom graduate, spent 7 years in backend but didn't get desired growth. Got into equity market in 2020 and loved it, and decided to make it a career. Started an online MBA last month in the hope of building a career in Equity Research. Still in backend profile though. Will pursue NISM Equity Research simultaneously. Let's see where things go. in sb cheezo me kuch glt nahi hai bs problem yeah hai ki insan k age k karan kabhi kabhi wo cheezo ko sikhna se zayada batana pasand krte hai . Plus insan me dedication ho toh wo kr skta hai but wo dedication honi chahiye koi motivational speech se short lived motivation force nahi .. and sad reality yeah h ki hum sb me normally yeah short lived motivation waala factor zayada hota hai Yeah bs mera opinion hai mera kisi ko kisi bhi tareeke se disrespect krne ka koii intention nahi hai

*Help!!!!!* I'm currently 24 yrs old Passed Higher secondary at 17 after that I didn't do any courses...wasted my time playing games and with frnds 😢 Don't even have any Degree Now I feel regrets in my heart. Currently I'm doing CMA Inter(not passed) Planning to take admission in bcomf in IGNOU soon... Pls gimme any advice so that I don't make any more mistakes 😭

Complete any degree or bcom from IGNOU first, apart from that work in your skills, you may pursue digital marketing or pursue any it courses, you might as well work in international bpo if your English is good, mba part time can be done if you gain enough experience... Don't loose hope you are just 24 i graduated in this age but lost 1.5 years due to illness ... I am 26 and ready to get back to work and looking for bpo role now because I can't do any course because of money issue

@@niravmistry1801 bro... actually it'll only take 9 months.... Means if u have passed ur foundation in dec23 then u can appear in 24 dec for intermediate exam... But I took more than 2 yrs because of my ignorance. I was not interested in studying that time. But trust me...even if u start from scratch u can easily clear in 3-4 months(cma inter)
