-Low bodyfat, 10-12% is ideal. Too low makes you look gaunt with insuffisient facial volume -Minoxil to grow a beard (it increase bloodflow), but its effectiveness varies from person to person. You can do an enzime test to see how effectively it'll work for you. Guy in the comment "You can increase the sulfotransferase with retinol. If you're a non responder with minoxidil, combine it with retinol" -Bigger neck As always, your face is your identity. 10-12 % being ideal is a myth. Maybe for your face but it's relatively unhealthy for your entire body. Especially if you're an athlete, minus bodybuilder of course.
@@jonathank786 gonna assume your trolling but 19 percent is on the fatter side 10 is on the leaner siide of healthy and with great genetics some people can mantain 8 without any issues

@@neptune6619i feel you, runs in the family. I have a square face and hunter eyes, what can help is plucking your eyebrows to make them look higher. If you are really young be patient, my face is now a lot more feminine at 21 than at 16, i was a late bloomer lol. Gaining a tiny bit of weight also really helped. But do not worry, i got the most compliments for my jaw from guys :)
@@neptune6619 forgot to mention: if you have really dark hair, bleaching your eyebrows can help. I have never tried it, but i know some girls put brow bleach on for maybe 5 minutes. The lighter colour is supposed to soften the face. You can try it, just do not dye them blonde :)

8:00 Injecting dermal fillers to noses should never be an option. the nose is a poorly vascularized region and the injection of hyaluronic acid in there can disrupt the blood supply for this region and cause necrosis. Qoves is an awesome channel, but you guys should learn more about plastic surgery before suggesting it to people. Surgical approach are always more effective and safer.
You are right. Both options were popular in S Korea. I remember injections on the nose to make it taller was very popular like 10 years aho but not anymore whereas rhinoplasty was and is still very popular.
If you hold to much bussel fat at 10 to 12% you might wanna get alittle more lean, you can even get down to about 8% if that’s required to have a really lean face, but just know that that low of body fat is difficult to maintain, I would recommend let yourself get up to about 12% at certain parts of the year than drop to 8% at other parts and maybe try to maintain that for a few months rather then all year around, but it all depends on weather you hold a lot of bussel fat or not, some people may need to be a lot leaner than other people to get that chiseled face look so get how ever lean you need to for that, and if that means you need to get to around 8% because you hold more bussel fat than most people, then by all means do it but don’t try to keep that low for the whole year, maybe about 4 months.
Hey Qoves, I have two questions. 1) If someone does not particularly responsive to minoxidil, would supplementing with regular dermarollering be a good way to compensate? 2) Does perceptions of age correlate with how masculine a face is? In other words, are faces that progressively appear more masculine also progressively seem older? I have a hunch that the answer is yes, but I figured you’d probably know more for certain
I can tell about the 2 question. - The right word is not older, its mature. Coz there are traits of getting older that are not considered masculine like balding, beer belly, low muscle tonus, tired eyes ect. There is a sweet spot - when the face looks but not old/er. If you look in your late 20s, early 30s - thats it. The the peak of masculinity. If you look older than that - its not based on masculinity but the later traits - wrinkles, gray hair, lose of muscle.
Men typically look the best when younger- it’s when they have more lean mass relative to body weight and lower body fat levels, so their jawline and chin is more defined. Wrinkles, grey hair, sagging skin, age spots are not feminine or masculine
I don't know if you're growing your scalp hair or beard but try oral Minox tablets or consume 4-8 drops of topical minox orally . You will see night and day difference within shrot period of time . Minox doesn't respond to some people because they don't have enough enzymes on skin however there are plenty on the stomach .
@@alexforce9 Balding is absolutely a sign of masculinity. Infact the very channel you are watching has spoke on this. Now that being said it is generally not a positive trait.
@@kylerBD I have seen pretty much all his videos and I dont remember such statement that baldness is a sight of masculinity. No one is thinking that Jeffry Bezos is masculine coz he is bald. No one finds the character of George Costanza masculine coz he is bald. Baldness is sign of aging. And somehow poor health. (cancer patients)
God is so good to us that even if you have a feminine face, you can just bust your ass off in the gym, look bigger and muscular and scare the crap out of everyone regardless.
I recently worked at an A list fashion event with models and other celebrities. I noticed besides the different races and ethnicities all top models pretty much look the same. They have small heads, small foreheads, small space between philtrum and lips, small but high up cheekbones and small chiselled jaws and they're all unusually slender, I actually found myself not finding them all that attractive. They almost have a mannequin like appearance to them.

I’m a girl and clenching my teeth while sleeping has caused my jaw to get very masculine, can someone give me tips on how to stop clenching and how to make my jaw smaller?
@@DeadzoneMusic Hairstyle: A hairstyle that covers your jawline or adds volume to the top of your head can help balance out the appearance of a larger jaw. Makeup: Using contouring makeup techniques, you can create the illusion of a smaller jawline. Apply a darker shade of foundation or contour powder along the jawline and blend it well. Clothing: Choosing clothing that draws attention away from your jawline can help. For example, wearing a statement necklace or earrings can draw attention upwards towards your face. Posture: Standing up straight with good posture can help elongate your neck and make your jawline appear less prominent.
1:28 - why do you have an image suggesting women have longer necks than men? That is simply incorrect. You might think a woman's neck looks longer as men's necks are on average 20% thicker, but they're also 10% longer than women's (also more developed trap muscles will make your neck look shorter, obvs more common in males)
Chewing hard foods to improve your bone structure will help you make more masculine, too. I've always had a fit body but my face used to be chubby and recessed. Now my face is slim and pronounced.

What the frick is the point man, I shouldn't be obvious the only thing that mostly attract women is money, get your money up and then they'll start coming in.
prob where you're from. Here in america, money doesnt mean anything unless you're filthy rich. Most women make good money themselves so youre highly unlikely to impress a woman with money lol. And it's unrealistic to expect a young dude in his 20s to become rich or wait to date until he's rich. The easiest thing you can do to attract women as a young guy is working on your physical appearance.

At the 4:12 mark the bearded faces and the clean shaven faces are not the same bro. The clean shaven faces have uglier haircuts, more sickly looking skin, and have skinnier necks how is that a fair comparison? And the increase in attractiveness was still minimal this study seems very poorly done.
Bulking doesnt mean getting fat tho. The point is to get more muscles not to gain more fat that you would have to burn later when you cut. Gaining some fat is normal but if your face looks bloated - you did something wrong lol.
