So basically, Overpower her with +13 Gun, Planes and Aux Gear and hope Helena Proc her skill. Understandable. In my case, I use 3 fleet to crush her. First one was a Full BB fleet of Fritz, New Jersey, Georgia - Agir, Helena(Meta), Roon Muse got to like 60x HP before timer runs out. 2nd fight was with Shinano, Hakuryuu, Anchorage - Kazagumo, Helena and got to 10x HP and to finish her off with my 3rd fleet a Pre-load set-up fleet consisting of Vitto, Aquila, Perseus - Noshiro, Shimakaze, Duca. All using timely KMS Subs fleet. It wasn't easy but Damn i can say she is the toughest enemy I face so far. and here we have Kimocheese doing 1 CV set-up clear and 2 BB Fleet clear. You can really see how invested his fleet is. Thank you for the guide Kimocheese
BBs still pretty useful as long as u use the good BBs & u got enough +13 gears. My best boss killing fleet is this: > NJ = lv125 (150+ Affinity) + Champ gun (+13) + White shell (+13) + HFPCR (+13) + Hazemayer AA gun (+13) > Georgia = lv125 + Champ gun (+13) + HFPCR (+13) + White shell (+13) + Hazemayer > Massachusetts (using SHS shells) = lv125 + Mark 7 (+13) + White shell (+13) + HFPCR (+13) > Anchorage (lv125) / Helena (lv125) / HelMeta (lv122) upfront > Archerfish (lv125) / Cavalla / I-13 for submarine fleet Even tho the main fleet is pure BBs and I have 1 battleship that isn't regarded as "top tier" (Massachusetts), I destroyed around 45% - 50% of her HP using this fleet. My other fleets are pretty mediocre for boss killing but we manage to defeat her (^-^).
@@glauberglousger6643 Once Hermit starts attacking the main fleet, Champagne will melt in the fight. Her low HP & AA, medium armor, & her DMG absorbing skill will give her a bad time.
I think you can still use BBs when starting the battle because the skill only activates when it has below 30%. Just note that BBs will get damaged in this boss fight so either you ran out of time or your flagship gets destroyed. So using BBs is doable but CVs is better to use in this boss fight....
I'm a returning player (returned around 2 months ago), and I just started OpSi two days ago with a bare minimum knowledge from your OpSi guide (which helped a lot). Currently, I even struggle to beat a corrosion lv 6 maps. So I guess I won't touch this stage until... I don't know when lol
Best thing to do is just grind to get enough stuff that when opsi resets, you can buy the data recorder and all the augment stuff from the store. Then its just a matter of levels.
I honestly beat this fight by retrying and re-entering the fight a bunch of time for my assault carrier skills, lucky E, and radar scan to work all the time
She actually was easier than expected lol. My strongest boss killing fleet is a BB fleet (since I am a USS main), and I had an alright time killing her.

My 4 fleets of 120 carriers + subs got to 46 after micromanaging gear for 40 minutes. Better luck next time. Good thing only exclusive rewards are the arbitor boxes that give supply shop money
When I first discovered it, I was very curious what kind of new siren it is. Went to it with the current fleet and the first missile took out 80% of the vanguard's xp. Ran away in fear xd

I've only started seriously playing OpSi last month so I'm 50/50 on attempting to fight her this year. Still it will take time to max develop all my remaining PR kansens and some regular CV's to desired levels before trying fighting that Arbiter.
i have invested my grind to BBs back then when New Jersey came out since they survive suicide bombers on chapters 6 and above. there's rarely enough oil to grind now.
Doable from my exp assuming you have good gears. I used BB (NJ, FDG, Geogia, JB, Richie and Glascone) fleets for the first 70% of its hp, with Enty, Centaur and Ark finishing off the final 30%. Goodluck in your runs!
I didnt have much a problem with her becuase I'm a CV main. What I found however is I did a lot of damage to her with my mob clear fleet which is French. Rechie , Champane , JB- le Terrible , le Triomthant le Malone . Looks like this fleet works as a first strike fleet (before she drops below 30% hp when she makes BBs useless). Also the French do a lot to her becasue they hit her before the buff takes effect. Champane doesnt have pre-load but if you pair her with Rechie and HSFCR she gets one because it feels like it stacks with her 40% reload (+ she is shooting all the time).
Wait... it's that hard? my 4 fleet auto with some ship not even lv 100 and in hard, I fail by 3hp bar. Quit and manual the 2nd time and win. Is there a different buff for the boss for everyone or is it the same boss? Agree on the BB thing tho, that's how I fail the 1st time.
Despite being vet myself, i really struggle with this, since i mostly played with my Waifu fleet im glad i didnt ignore Meta fleet entirely i just need to learn more bcoz learning never end ! BTW, i never expect kashino being use i surely need explore more
Kashino can add a buff to either your BB or CV. I use her all of the time and she does help a lot. She doesn't hit for crap, but the buff alone is worth it.
I mean, you're not gonna bring battleships up to par in a fight like this without arbitrarily halving the timers for main guns. In that case, you will be able to counterbalance the fact that half of your shots are getting turned into duds, but that doesn't change the fact that it's still a cheesy RNG factor. When he says to bring carriers, he's not joking.
i beat her with only my waifus no helena, no ark royal, no haku, no agir/azuma, no ancgorage lol i use le terrible, ingraham, saratoga and katsuragi(125) and yeah was realy realy hard... That bch killed my nagato so easy that even i fell her pain i have only 3 carriers 125 (katsu, avp and persi) is time to focus in my others carriers A tip odin can tank the main fleet as flagship, hermit focus her and she dont recive any damage is funny.
Though I had good ships after the years I spent on this game realised it was all shit, can't damage her in normal, barealy dealing any damage with all my fleets I'm loosing motivations for this game.. I'm already being crushed by Gneisenau META that cost me 4 or 5 attempts while it was 2 in general for others meta before
Literaly wasted all my times on all my ships, recently tried to make a good torpedo vanguard with Noshiro Jintsuu and Shimakaze.. it's barely doing anything while she's maxed with randow torpedo and rainbow oxygens torpedo.. seems like it's out of my capabilities
Not much harder than abyss 6 when it was first introduced and we didn't have +13 or 125. Didn't even change gear or set up and took care of her with 2.5 fleet
they should enable regroup and rest here. this is so bs. i want to quit azur lane. always hard to save oil. lots of UR item grinds that takes years to finish, and the meta always changes like every month. ive been playing for a year now, but i am still far away to even be called an end game player.
i also dont have oil to level up my CVs too. i invested a lot of time on BBs when New Jersey came out. seeing that BBs are the ships to bring for chapters 6 to 12 back then. now, i dont even have oil to level up my vanguards. and the cog arrays too, its so limited that i stopped leveling my ships to 125. its just not enough. they need to patch this, nerf the arbiter or at least let new players have a chance with this arbiter, i.e. regroup and rest option.
We get about 6000 oil for free per week, so not sure how you're struggling there. The UR items are optional and probably shouldn't be taking you years to complete, more like 6 months or so. And the meta doesn't change that often at all imo. They just add a new strong ship 2 or 3 times a year, that's it. I've been playing for 14 months and can beat this boss on hard, although it's difficult so🤷♂️
well i save the oil for when there's an event only. before the SSSS collab i had 14000 oil and 5000 oil in mail reserve. now, i'm down to 2000 oil. barely able to do my dailies.
@@AldrarieRoselph You can auto the dailies for 0 oil cost. Only oil you absolutely have to spend each day is on hard mode stages, if you take a break from farming for a day or two you'll easily get back to higher amounts
