hi sorry but i can't seem to open the image custom tool. Like when i try to open it it just doesn't do anything. i have it plugged in through wired and put the switch to it as well. do u know any reasons for that?

How do you get the screen back to its original output. I reset the keyboard but the screen does not go back?

when you finish uploading the gif to the keyboard, does it 'save' to the keyboard itself? For example, if you were to upload that gif to your keyboard from one computer (with the image installer app), and then plug your keyboard into another computer (without the image installer app), will it still show the same gif you first uploaded?

For the default LCD display of time/date. How do I change the time/date? Mine is not accurate.

Do you know how to reset it in case I want to go back to the default image with the time and date? The software doesn't seem to have any option for that

Hello! I have one problem with gmk87, seems like USB connection dont work at all (2.4 and bt working, but in a strange way because everytime I need to upload a JSON files to connect trough VIA app and desktop version but nevermind) I connecting usb to the pc then the this mini tv/led display turns on, but the rgb lights dont flash, also the keyboard is charging during connected. But via dont see keyboard even I uploading the Wired JSON files (both version, desktop and site), image custom tool dont work aswell beacuse dont see keyboard. There is no action and sound even if I connect keyboard to the PC, unlike the 2.4 mode. I was trying to switching between the modes in many ways but nothing help Do you know any solution for this problem? Thank you :)

Hay how can i add multiple gifs like on default you have 3 gifs to choose from but when you upload you can only upload 1. is it possible to to have 3? fn + enter key to switch gifs

You know how there's thre options on the screen and you can switch between them with fn+enter? My gmk87 came with a clock and two gifs options. Do you know if by uploading a picture you can still change between them? I want to be able to switch from a picture to a clock. Its my first keyboard and I don't want to changed it and loose the clock haha

How do I reset the display to show the original clock design after using imagetool to show gifs on it?

Is there anyone who knows how to actually change the macro layers on this thing? I can't switch between any of them and it default to a mac one where F1-F12 keys are binded to some functions like brightness up or down, and I want to use these only when holding FN key, rebinding in via does nothing...

my f1-f12 keys are different i want it the regurlar one but it seems i am having trouble to adjust these keycaps please if anyone can help

Do you have any reccomendations on where I can find compatible gifs? I tried some gifs with giphy, but most of them dont show up when I search for it in the image uploader.

This may be a weird question but can you tell me a size of the gif file you use? I have a problem when I upload my gif files they seem to have a weird yellow line across all off the picture but this not happen when i use a normal picture or a stock gif file from keyboard so i think it’s maybe my file that caused it😢

Image Custom Tool freezes every time I click upload all frames! Is that normal? I know the video says to be patient but don't want to be sat here wasting time if the program freezing isn't normal.

Haha I dont know if I got a busted board, but mine had the left and right alt set to left and right windows, and even when I try to reconfigure in VIA, doesn't work. Thanks for the JSON for this board to get it working on VIA, I had trouble finding it on the instruction pamphlet.
