I broke down in tears this is so powerful! I met all of my ancestors. I was greeted at the gate with familiar faces which made me very comfortable. once they guided me deeper into the valley, It was so many of them that they started looking like ants crowding in around me. They were all dressed in black, I couldn’t recognize most faces but I greeted each one with respect. They gave me hope that things will get better even though it’s hard right now and alot of knowledge that I won’t speak on but I’m forever grateful for! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

this was a beautiful experience. I’ve felt really distracted lately and really wanted to strengthen my connection to my ancestors and meet them! My body fell so deeply into the meditation I actually stopped hearing your words and fell asleep. When my mind awoke my body was still asleep and I could see a bright light. I’m gonna try again and hopefully be able to visualize them! Thank you so much

The meditation does make you go deep. I still fall asleep from time to time. Much happens when you're asleep. Sometimes we are not meant to consciously know everything that transpired. Sometimes you just come out of the deep sleep feeling content or peaceful. Different occurrences will happen with repetition. Thanks for sharing!

So I’m not going to lie. This mediation was a lot for me to take in. I seen my grandmother who passed away 1 week ago. It was too fresh for me and too fast paced for me. For all my lightworkers, it is ok to go at your own pace. Don’t rush it. Your ancestors wait patiently for you when your ready ✨🙏🏾 Love & Light

My deepest condolences on the loss of your grandmother. I totally understand. Seeing her in the ancestral ream so soon is very emotional. I can imagine she was wanting to see you to let you know she is very much alright! You have made a very good point here. Connecting with the recently deceased loved ones can be challenging for some. I would recommend in the future that anyone with a very close loved one who has recently departed be cautious as to whether or not they are ready to see them. You have taught me something with your sharing. I pray for your strength and healing during this difficult time.

I’m beginning to relax more during this guided meditation and I keep seeing a white light. My third eye was tingling like crazy during this session. Though I didn’t see anything besides the light, I’m slowly overcoming my fears and just trust that I’m safe and protected ❤️

This was super intense. All I was “seeing” or visualizing (it’s hard to know which) was my grandmother. She passed when I was 9 and I am 24. I just hugged her and cried. So much has happened since she’s passed. I’ve definitely struggled with depression and loneliness, but I heard “You were never alone” and “I’m always here”. There were so many ancestors but I couldn’t see their faces. It was definitely comforting to know I wasn’t alone. Definitely tapped into that inner child and WHEW!

I saw my grandpa and just hugged him, he asked me "how's my son" I told him my dad was doing good and he just comforted me as I told him I wish I got to meet him

I am so very glad you were able to see your Grandmother!! I am also glad that she confirmed that you are never alone... It is so true. Such a beautiful and necessary reassurance. Whenever you are going through something and feeling particularly emotional, talk out loud to her. Then be still and listen. She will tell you exactly what you need to hear and know. When begin to tap into our ancestors by meditating and other ancestral reverence practices we feel them stronger and more often. They are very ready to support you always. Omg Thank you is it even possible for me to see a porch with 2 ppl sitting watching me walk threw a field full of 🌻? ...As I'm walking before I even walked passed the trees I saw this little lady with am apron on as I got closer I recognized my Grandmother from my father's side and started crying I almost messed up my concentration so I thought lol . it really wasn't much said we smiled and I told her I loved her and I'll be back .As I get to the bridge I felt a boom in my chest a very overwhelming feeling and with Two hands she presented me with a sunflower as I was on my way back..was tht her way of cleansing me? It's crazy bc my favorite flower is a 🌻. I'm also on a spiritual journey and setting up an ancestor altar as we speak 🙏🏾 Bless you 💜

I have no words to describe how beautiful this experience was. I met with 3 ancestors, 2 of which I’d never met on the physical plane. Clearly meeting my grandmother for the very first time had me in tears. I can’t believe how clear the communication was between us all even though it was mainly energetic I could FEEL exactly what they meant. Thank you from the bottom of my heart❤️❤️

Wow!!!! I seen my father who gave me a huge hug! Our relationship was very toxic but he seemed very happy! My ancestors gave me a Purple Heart in a nice wrapped box as a gift !

I’ve been trying to connect with my ancestors for a while and this meditation really did the trick. The energy was so high and intense during my meditation that I felt a electric shock all through my body. Needless to say, my ancestors were realllllllly excited I finally connected with them. Havent had a meeting with my ancestors like this for a long time since my grandmother passed. She was the first one to see me. I cried so much during meditation but I was so glad to see her. I saw myself as a child again.

This was an interesting experience. I met with my mother first. We hugged. But she led me to three people specifically. One man. He says he’s been following me closely. He apparently had a wife, 5 kids. One of them wasn’t his. And he was in love with a man.. and two elderly couple who claim they have been teaching me to grow up and led me to my current partner. They want me to become more family oriented and asked me to honor them through compassion towards the family. They felt so sweet.

I just did this meditation, && I can remember everything that happen. I started on a dirt road on the left I saw a white swing chair hanging from the tree....... I started walking toward the trees, thru the trees, towards the bridge. I saw two images walking with me . When they walked with me across the bridge I saw a white image and two more ppl was with him . Then as I walked closer I saw more of my ancestors walking out the woods 😳. Then I walked up closer to the image standing at the end of the bridge I saw my GRANDAD (died in 95) uncle ( died in 04) and cousin ( died in 2014 ) soon as I saw them I cried . Please continue making more videos . I feel more content . I cried soo hard having to walk away from my grandad 😢😢 Ps I was born in 96 I never saw my grandad only in pics

Yes. Please continue. It's like building a muscle. The more you do it, the stronger and more fluid the experience gets. We are all at different points. Also, we all experience the Ancestors & Guides in our own way. Some of us receive more clearly with hearing, while others with seeing and then others with feeling and then others with a combination of them in varying strengths and degrees. Know that your way is the best way for you. Embrace it. Blessings on your journey!

This really helped me connect with my grandfather after 2 years of unfortunately not being able to see him, on my journey i briefly met the lady who use to float outside of the room I use to sleep in, at the time my grandmother said it was one of my “great” grandmothers, as I learnt today she was correct, meeting her for that brief time brought me to a deeper comfort. Speaking to my grandfather what only felt like 2 minutes was actually 20 minutes, we spoke about family which brought a tear to my eye and myself, he was pleased to see me, I cannot thank you enough 🙏💜 For anyone trying, give this time. Nothing is first try as I have learnt.

This is so beautiful and I've had a very vivid imagination, since I was a child. I was surrounded by MANY of my ancestors. I asked questions and asked for guidance on my journey. As soon as the meditation ended (but before the music stopped), still while laying down, sounds of rain began pouring on my roof. Oh yes... do try in it again. Sometimes it takes a little while before things start to happen. Trust that your ancestors were there and did visit although you couldn't necessarily see or experience them this time. They are working on their side too, to get the connection together!

I can’t stop crying after doing this! I was so scared before starting and now I feel like something deep moved within me. Thank you for this. It came to me in a perfect moment. I will keep doing it until I can connect better and better. I saw my grandfather in such a clear way. Is it possible that it was him but with different hairstyle? Both my loving grandmothers were there too. I’m stll crying!

This was an amazing experience. I was greeted by an elder woman with long silver hair, she introduced me to a very tall strong Indian man, he didn’t speak but just stood there. Next to him were 3 African men with paintings on their faces, they were warriors. Then from there I talked with my grandmother, and cousin. Then I spoke with my great grandmother she was very poised, beautiful, and kind. Then I asked started asking questions out loud and somehow they all answered in unison. I kept getting the visual of a cheetah. Overall it was an amazing experience ,I cried at the beginning of meeting them and at the end of leaving them, very emotional for me, because the love,care, and comfort I felt.

I loved this. Last thing I remember was going from a beach scene then to an open door which was held open by an African male in bright yellow tribunal clothing for me to walk in. Everything was bright and beautiful...I don't remember anything else after walking in...but walking up suddenly and startling myself upon waking... I desire so much to recall where I went for about 35 min...prayerfully they'll reveal in time...thanks for this... amazing

I am so grateful for you and your guidance to absolute relaxation and a serene voice of calm and protection. I always felt I had two spirit guides I could feel them holding my hands. I met a little cousin I heard about she was still young and she ran to me like we had grown up together, very loving. I saw all my ancestors I named accept two. What a crazy experience! As soon as I saw the person I was trying to connect with I started losing track of time and “waking up” again as if time had passed and things had happened but I wasn’t sure what they were yet. I feel so peaceful and rested, which is rare as I have chronic pain and I felt my pain momentarily pass. It was like I was asleep but I wasn’t 😅 I got a lot of intuitive feelings and thoughts about what happened so cool

My ancestors were in numbers, that of an army. All different shapes and sizes. Some warriors some regular people but every energy was loving, warm, inviting, happy, some more authoritative and powerful than others. Some spoke, others didn’t. I was just talking about trying to contact my ancestors and not knowing where to start! During the session I ended up snapping myself awake towards the end just before you got to the part about wounds😭and before you even said that i had a feeling of wanting to leave and be by myself. I don’t think I am ready to see those things just yet. My family has very rich history and a lot of generational trauma. But I got a lot out of this! I saw 3 of my ancestors very clearly!! And my body felt warm throughout our interaction. I also noticed a flashing white light behind my eyelids. I’ve been seeing that a lot these past few days. Time to uncover what it means. Thank you so much for this video! It was really helpful. I got what I needed to jumpstart my ancestor work.

I just finished this meditation and I will definitely try it again. At first it was kinda blurry. I kept on seeing images of babies(my grandma lost a few babies) and I believe I also saw my sister who passed away as a baby. I couldn't see my guides but I know they were there and super tall. At first I didn't know who was there but I heard a voice like thunder he said he was my great grandpa(I heard thunder as he said this) he kinda frightened me so I started calling for my aunt who's my godmother and she was there. I also kept on seeing an African woman wearing a brown robe and she was holding a baby( my grandma says our ancestor was a runaway slave). My aunt told me to let go of ish and write my own story that I couldn't do anything about anyone else but myself. That she was my baby daughter and to take care of her because she was special. She said she was here to guide me because she was my godmother. I still have to look into who my great grandpa is because I know he wasn't trying to scare me but I know he has a very strong presence. I just finished this meditation and im so emotional. At first I felt as if I was only my imagination. But I truly felt like my grandmother was beside me I miss her so much I saw my great grandmother who died the year I was born I've only seen her in a picture she was so beautiful, I even felt like my dad's mom was there I only met her once when I was a little girl a few more ppl like my adopted grandfather my grandmother's sister who I lived with when I was little but I cried alot in this meditation I saw the inside of my grandmother's hands I held her hands and I was able to hug her once more.. I feel like there were alot of ppl there there wasn't much talking but the presence was definitely felt... I can't stop crying but when it was time to come back I didn't want to leave just yet 😪 oh yea my chest started to feel tad bit tight idk if that's normal but its starting to subside but thank u I really didn't know what to expect but im glad I saw this on my time-line thank u

Some of my ancestors I knew and I was able to speak their names out loud. Some of them I didn't know and they introduced themselves. I was greeted with love and hugs. They all requested to be placed on my ancestoral altar. My ancestor who guided me showed me what I needed to do in order to get to where I need to be in life. One of my ancestors was a klansman (I'm black ) he showed up dressed in uniform with 3 others like him. The energy was intimidating. I was so afraid I ran away but he showed up again but this time by himself. He revealed his identity to me but quickly switched back into uniform. I tried really hard to ask him who he was and what he want but the words wouldn't come out of my mouth. I felt as though he didn't want to answer the question so he was preventing me from asking. This was the most beautiful insane intensive meditation I've ever done in my life.😥💔

This is was my first time going through this meditation and it felt so good to get away. Although I didn’t see anyone I felt warm and full and relaxed. I had thoughts of family I have not seen In a long time and my vision was kind of melting like warped in a way. When it was time to return I didn’t want to come back but I need to. I will be returning after keeping this relaxed feeling near and dear.
