@user-oj5uu6mc1m It's possible. I know there are many breathing strategies for people with stutters and stammers. It is not my specialty, but I imagine if there is a nervous system component to the stutter, this type of breathing could help. Thanks for watching!

@@BELightTT I find it really settles me down in the morning. Right after this I meditate for 30 -45 minutes. It seems to enhance my vippasina meditation.
