Such a fascinating RU-vid, I can relate to Christine, I wanted to be a Dr from an early age and was always told I could not do that (this was back in the 1950’s and 1960’s) my dad said college was wasted on girls because they grow up, get married and have children. So I went that route then started working after my fourth son was born, I fell into a job in a hardware store where I learned to mix paints sell flooring, wallpaper etc. ln 1978 I started my own one stop decorating, did that for fifteen years, then studied astrology and read for clients for about five years, I became a Reiki Master, then another option fell in my lap and I became a Real Estate Broker for twenty five years. I just retired after eighty trips around the Sun. Now I am waiting for the next door to open.
In the exercise at 25 minutes I got that I am "powerful" the second message was "awakened". I shifted into this just last month and it has been an amazingly blissful journey. As for protection, I use a Merkaba. If someone is trying to send negative energy to disimpower me, I embrace the challenge for fun. I turn my aura red to match their energy with my Merkaba spinning faster and faster where my body is red and my head can not be seen. This makes the other person back off because I am throwing their attack back at them, but in pieces. The "message" lasts longer for them when I do that. I thank you both for all you do.

What’s crazy is when she had us do the exercise where we imagined a black hole in our chest with our energy being drawn in and then what word comes to mind it was, “heavy” and then she said when she saw Suzanne was on her calendar & suddenly felt heavy because so many spirits were surrounding Suzanne’s energy!

Love the bubble talk. I frequently bubble myself to protect my energy -- whether a mirrored bubble or not. I allow in only positive energy and love to come through them, and the mirrored bubble has the added effect of sending back the negative energy but with love and light. It works beautifully. It's also a habit to bubble the car when driving. I use the Reiki symbol Cho Ku Rei and create a very strong energy bubble around the vehicle. Sometimes it will adjust due to other cars around me. I see it moving, shifting, expanding, strengthening, etc. I bubble all passengers, too, and I ask the angels for protection (especially Michael). There's a whole little silent ritual/mantra each time I get in the car that I perform. My husband is pretty successful bubbling our house and the surrounding area to protect it during storms. We've actually seen the storms on the radar move around us in really odd ways (as if moving around a bubble), and we never get hit hard. I naturally started bubbling myself as a teenager (now 40) due to being extremely sensitive to everyone's emotions and thoughts, and I was picking up on EVERYTHING. It was so overwhelming. It helped a lot then, and it still helps so much 💜 I just keep finding more and more uses for bubbles, if anything 😅
Love You! I have felt blocked, too. For me the InTention to connect has been important. And for me to Slow down enough to Actually Meditate, and to turn off my electronics kind enough for Spirit/Universe/ Guides/ Lived ones CAN whisper in my ear/ heart!! Hugs a lot!

Excellent discussion. Thank you. I am both struck and curious about the concept around babies seeing energy. We have several elders, one of whom is declining into severe dementia. I have been curious to know if those in dementia are circling back to this less cluttered form of Universal connection. It is a heavy and dense energy watching this in our loved ones. Do you have any thoughts on raising our own energy levels and seeing their journey differently while remaining dutiful. It is very hard.

Your states need to get rid of the DMVs. In my province in Canada they allowed private registries to handle all DMV responsibilities. This has made going to get a license, plates, or other government papers a much better less stressful experience.
I can actually see energy without meaning to I don’t have to tune into it. It shoots around sometimes, I’ve seen orbs, also see black energy/negative ions but I want to understand how to use this in a useful way…

I was just saying yesterday how upsetting all the medication commercials were bad for humanity. No advertising for how we can heal ourselves without taking pills. It was really upsetting. Of course there’s little money involved to cure ourselves naturally & pill companies know this. No money in the cures. Illness is big business. It’s frustrating.
Dear Suzanne, what do you think of the philosophy of idealism by Bernardo Kastrup? It seems to be completely in sync with Advaita(consciousness is fundamental). I'm asking because I see his work as a beginning of the scientific acceptance of the view that is obvious to you. Thank you.
