This made me cry so hard when she spoke about how they make you feel like they love us! My Mama died at 45 from alcohism. She was mentally ill and angry. I was 16. And I had 4 sisters and I was the only one with her. But just in that moment, you said that! I felt her love for me! So strong! 1st in my life! Love you!! Thank you!!

I am only 16 minutes into this video and I can already guarantee that I was meant to see this today. I began just this morning (3 hours ago) a meditation practice I'm calling "development". (My practice this morning was based on the book Death is Not Goodbye: Connect with Your Loved Ones in Spirit by Kim Weaver, but I went farther than what I've read in her book so far.) What happened was INCREDIBLE. IMMEDIATELY, I was met by my favorite aunt and uncle, my mom and dad, my beloved late husband of 41 years, whose passing 5 years ago started me on this whole spiritual journey. (Like Cheryl, I was [and am] very left-brained. I was a science major with no belief in anything beyond what could be proven in the lab. I "knew" dead was dead = annihilated - how could it be otherwise?!). And last but definitely not least, I was visited by my main guide, Brian. I asked each loved one, "How will I know it's you?" My aunt showed me her left hand, with her nails painted her signature color of muted peachy pink. My uncle "brushed" my cheek and it was only then that I remembered his moustache had always felt like a brush when he kissed my cheek. My dad gave me a side-hug and called me by his pet name for me. My mom struck a pose that was typical of her in her youth and said, "You can do anything you want to do.", which is something she said to me all the time. My husband gave me two little taps of energy/pressure against my left eardrum. And my guide, LITERALLY, jiggled my moonstone crystal necklace...twice. I was sitting completely still and yet the pendant jiggled twice. As Kim Weaver suggested, I started a new journal to record and document my daily "development". Suzanne and Cheryl, thanks for making this no other explanation story possible!

So right before you started talking about Amber, I started seeing a woman, angelic looking, very wispy, darker hair and the dress was like she was surrounded by different colors of pink. She was standing in front of the inside of a hotel room. Then as you start to speak of her she says, listen, this is funny. So I’m stuns at this point I’m thinking I’m imagining. But why would I? Anyway, my daughter passed and I’ve been years in the making trying to establish relationship with her on the other side. But my gift is getting stronger and more and more vivid and accurate. I love the way you’ve explained your process. It is beautiful!

Wow! Wow! Wow! I just loved the 'down to earth' no nonsense approach Cheryl has taken to mediumship. It is very encouraging and helped lift some of the barriers I have created for myself from doing the same. The stories are amazing. So validating. I think your jaw must have hit the floor a number of times with the Beings you bought through. No wonder you were asking for evidence. I’m a calligrapher and in our community we have talked for years of the benefit of writing. Now educators are seeing that writing reinforces learning. There are authors who write the work longhand. For me, it opens a channel somehow to write, not to mention that I’ve always loved doing it.

I think you made a typo and meant 'veil' not 'vale's. BUT... vale was perfect! I have been praying for my mother and feeling frustrated about it. She lives in a place reffered to as 'the valleys' or the vale. Listening to 'this lady' has given me the answer I need in how to pray for my mother. One of my spirit experiences with my deceased wife a year ago was exactly this sort of thing. The departed wife of a workplace colleague wanted to help her husband deal with his unresolved survivor's guilt. She in spirit asked my wife in spirit to give me something to help her husband. My departed wife gave me a complete understanding of the events of her fall accident which was the beginning of her death process. The very next day my workplace colleague came to me and asked if I had ever imagined that there was a way I could have kept my wife alive. With the new understanding my wife had given me only hours before, I assured him that there was nothing I could have done, nothing at all. IRL he was afterward able to take the wedding ring off his finger. He started wearing it as a necklace. Finally having reached the end of this video, I say that it is very, very valuable. Wow! This blew my mind! I was on my laptop and the notification came up to watch so I did. I am currently in tears because how beautiful to only have been mediating for 6 weeks and already a partnership with her husband across the veil to help those grieving on Earth! Weirdly I keep getting a knowing that I am a medium , that i will do something similar but no idea why that keeps coming to me over the past few weeks because its not a planned goal of mine and I have other plans this year. I was thinking next decade when my life is quieter I would love to sit in a circle and learn. Although I have Susan's course on Mediumship that I didn't realize I paid for last year! I only realized / discovered this the other day and as totally had not remembered, and thought perhaps I should start ! Maybe today, is my message from spirit saying Start! Oddly I have been working on my values and beliefs and even though I know I should meditate, I have shifted that to Meditation is actually the highest priority before any other goals! Whether I actually become a medium or not is not really relevant but setting time to be quiet is. So thankyou so much for this podcast!! As I am typing another little RU-vid notification has popped up The Secret to Embracing Change! Its time i embrace change and follow spirit's plan for me as they know best what will help me live a life of joy expressing my Souls plan for this life rather than my head and mind!

I have goosebumps on goosebumps on goosebumps when Cheryl gave the message from JFK about tomato soup. That spoke directly to me from him. And I thank you🙏 I had a powerful experience in meditation relating to him many years ago. He has been present in my life since I was a child. Fear stopped me pursuing my life path. I am just stepping up again to that path. I don't have enough words to thank you for this amazing message that gives me encouragement to continue. I hope we hear from Cheryl again really soon. ❤

Excellent video! Thank you! Cheryl's story is amazing. Her strong focus on "listening" during meditation was quite helpful, and I intend to experiment with that. I liked her formula: A (meditation) + B (intention) = C (results). The only thing that I might disagree with from the video is that I treasure the little books that come with oracle decks that include descriptions of the cards. I've been using Tarot and oracle cards for nearly 40 years now (just for myself, one card at a time), and the messages have been extremely helpful to me. I have tried for years in numerous ways to pick up my own messages from Spirit or to intuit messages from the cards, but I have always hit a wall. Spirit can deliver messages through the little books, too!

I just heard when you said...that when you HAND write in your joural or that notebook when you're meditating, that you use your entire brain. In a way, writing, for me, is meditation. I've always wanted to be a writer and am slowly getting to it...what I came across...just for whoever needs it and you haven't heard of it, I heard it on a podcast I think from Next Level Soul where one of the guests mentioned they took the course/read the book and followed the course within it..."The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron. She has something that she states is required...that is "Morning Pages"...this is writing three pages of anything, a story, what you are drinking, wearing, where you are going, what dreams you had...anything...as long as your write for three pages long, every single morning. I started on January 1st and I've written in it every single day...hand wrote...except for one day. I find that I am out of sorts when I don't write in my journal...those Morning Pages. As Cheryl states...writing puts you in the river...that flow state.

I heard Mellen Thomas Benedict also say there are many unemployed Angels (this was briefly mentioned in this video about mid way). We call on Angels when we need help. Then when we don't need help, we forget about the Angels. But our thoughts and prayers create Angels. Our thoughte can create universes. That's how powerful our thoughts are.

I was asking my guides last night for a sign in a video. My question was "how do I know what you are communicating with me and also I would love to be able to communicate with my loved ones". I usually get goose bumps or my right eye twitches, I said that's not enough, I want a definitive answer in a video. I had a dream last night about meditation.
