I hope you understand just how helpful you are to others with your work Kitaro. You are an example to follow. PS. Your video editing (if you do it yourself, which I think you do?) is *superb*. This is my favorite so far - I love how I can do it anywhere, any time (unlike eg. Wim Hof style breathing). Keep doing what you do!!🙏
Hey Jan, what a gift. Thank you so much for this contribution 🙏 I‘m glad you liked the video and that it‘s helpful. I often do the editing myself but for this video a editor helped me out.
It was such a beautiful, spring like day where I was today. I pulled out my mat and did it in the sun. Thanks for allowing me to share this process with you, Kitaro
I have severe case of an illness called Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, and one of the markers is a very low HRV- I have an app that checks it every morning and warns me to be super careful if it is extremely low. Today was 36, so I've had to lay in total silence and darkness most of the day. I've loved your videos for a year, and am super happy to find this, as I can't always manage the more intense sessions anymore. I will be thrilled if I can increase my HRV a bit! Thank you for being your amazing fantastic self!
Thank you for evertything you do! Just took the 7 day course! I feel so much better after the breating sessions. Helps me sleep, or concentrate before work. And focus on happynes, joi, and grreatfullness.
I am deeply appreciative of everything you've been doing so far, I've been practicing breathwork and meditation for a while now but I've always had a concept for one and a concept for another. With your experience and how you share it I managed to break the wall that seperated the two and merge into something difficult to describe using words. Thank you so much Kitaro, you make the world and its people a better place! Blessings 🙏🌱
Thank you mate. I've been going through a rough patch of overwhelming anxiety and ive been doing whm and this with your videos daily. Helping me alot, just wanted to thank you
Hey thank you for this Coherence breathing session. I've looked around on RU-vid after watching Rick Rubin on Huberman's podcast, for a guided session with no real luck. I will try to work this into my daily/ weekly breath work routine. Cheers!
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_o-ERqoTAhA.htmlsi=ecXPqJUvEoT5LJT- Here's a link to a coherence HRV breathing with a gentle animation. Hopefully it helps!
So simple and uncluttered - love it! Thank you for this, Kitaro. I am thankful for the way you use your creativity and kindness to facilitate breathwork for those of us who are learning. God bless you.
Thank you for this. I find it hard to do an inhale that long and think I often end up holding, not sure why I find it difficult and what I need to do to fix it. Although I do have quite a few health issues I'm trying desperately to heal atm. Also, I wonder if it would be possible to add a bell ding at the start of the one that doesn't have a gong as I felt I had to look at my screen the whole time or missed the transitions. Thank you, love your videos
The effect on me it was really mindblowing. I've done the guided breathing, and already since some hours I feel so calm and relaxed. Don't really remember when it was the last time I felt like this. Feels so strange to be in this state after years of having a stressed out mind be the default state. Thank you Kitaro!
I really love your brief explanations of why we are doing what we are doing before each one of these videos. It is never unhelpful to remember that you're not doing things simply because you're habituated to them, but that you're choosing to do something that is beneficial to you (and by extension, your community, however you define it, as you are providing an example). Thank you, brother. Good luck on your journey.
Hello! I try your wim hoff advanced method with no eating few days, almost 3 minutes,in vertical pose shorter. But i like 8-10 seconds pause like in this video. What kind of brearhing can heal my brain,if i feel pain higher forehead? Thank you very much for your explanation.
Thanks for the Kitaro first time trying this practice and really enjoyed it. I am also using your advanced wimhof breathing daily and have passed it onto colleagues in work. Can i ask the difference between the wimhof and this practice as in the impact on the mind/body. Peace from 🇮🇪
