I generally don't leave RU-vid comments but wanted to give this video some love. I have been doing Wim Hoff, and other, breath-work for a couple of years now and this video hits the sweet spot for me. Not too long, reasonable hold time, perfect mix of instruction and music. This is now my go-to morning breath-work exercise.
Does anyone else experience this? When I am in the breathold I get halfway through and then I have to expel a little more air out or else I have the urge to breath. Once I let that go I can continue. Is that just CO2...should I let it out? Or try and keep it in and do a shorter breathhold? With the way I'm doing it currently I'm up to 2 mins 15 secs max breathold. Any advice appreciated as I want to get max benefits 🙏
The part of this video where there is no background music, only your calm voice and some crickets was truly overwhelming. Perhaps you already made such a video, but if not you should consider making one without any background music. Thank you once again for another great experience.

The thing with caffeine is that you aren't free from it until you've completely cut it out in all forms. It's a highly addictive psychoactive drug. People often overlook that caffeine is also found in chocolate and cola sodas, which explains their addictiveness as well.

Hey Kitaro, I really enjoy your video. We listen listen to your video eye close with an empty mind and relaxing. Feedback: at the end of the 2:45m you dont come back to us with audio queu to inhale again and come back. It led me to wait for a cue that never comes. If you would look at the video you would see the clock but i think im not the only one listen on a phone that is sitting on a table out of sight :) Just my 2 cents. One love !
Hey kitaro, it would be nice if you put maybe 2 minutes of meditation in the end of the video where it's just pure silence. It's kind of annoying that I get interrupted by loud ads the moment the video finishes so I would appreciate it if you add this on your future videos. Cheers!

i have a question. Once i stop my breath and hold by force.After that moment my heartbeat become faster and i cant hold my breath on 2 or 3 minutes like it was 1 year ago,i cant even hold on 1.30 sec now.How can i return my heatbeat to previous? If its possible.
