Hi, I'm Jayni, and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psycho-Spiritual Therapist who works remotely with people all over the world. Hey Jayni, you saved me from suicide in 2019. You did not know it at the time cuz I was too afraid to reveal that to anyone for fear of being hospitalized. I reached out to you during my 2nd benzo withdrawal in three years. I had completely lost my mind from the intensity of the side effects. I was too paranoid to leave my house and the cortisol and adrenaline spikes would not quit rushing through my chest. It was complete hell! I would read on benzo buddies about how asmr and hypnosis had helped others with their withdrawal side effects and allowed them to sleep. I searched asmr hypnosis on youtube and guess who popped up? I emailed you and told you my situation and you were so incredibly kind and genuine. You did not judge me or make me feel broken. You had this sincere mother like quality that genuinely wanted to help me through a rough time. I listened to that journey every night for 8 months as I was going to sleep. It transformed my subconscious to view things differently during my waking hours. The fear soon dissipated. I was able to go back to work and just felt so much better and safer than I did before. Like someone had my back in this crazy fight against my mind. Anyways, I always wanted to tell you how much you helped me. Your encouraging words took the rope right off my neck. ✌

You might like to know, Jayni, that I added this video to my relaxation and hypnosis playlist a few weeks ago and have been watching it once a day since then. I recall the state of mind I was in on the first day as well. The change in weather stressed me out and made me sad. I was also having difficulty prioritizing the things in my life that are most important to me, and I was generally uneasy throughout the day. As time went by, however, I noticed some subtle changes. I felt a little less on edge. I started to notice that I was becoming my own fireplace. My heart and stomach felt warmer, sometimes even tingly and cozy. Now, it's not that I was attempting to manifest these changes or anything; I was simply being aware of them as they came. Eventually, things that I had previously put off or felt too stressed to do, I began to do. Fast forward to today, and the word I'd like to use to describe how I feel is: accomplished. Yesterday, for example, I channeled my inner extrovert and moderated my first Onboarding Day event for the company where I work. I've also been doing more exercise. I think a lot more clearly now, and the list goes on. It's strange. Even in settings that would normally stress me out, I feel more centered. I have a sense of calm that I haven't felt since before the pandemic began. I feel like I can take on a lot more and return to exploring the world and all it has to offer. Anyway, Jayni, thank you for everything you do! You change lives, or perhaps, you brighten souls.

This is my favorite guided hypnosis, it's exactly what I look for, the cadence and rhythm of your speech, the speed, everything, just awesome. So many hypnosis videos have way too much dead air and slooooow speech and my mind easily wanders out of the hypnotic state. But you actually guide my mind keeping my thoughts from intruding and distracting me.

Jayni...I have bad insomnia and I used this very video last night to get to sleep...I've been using your videos to help me me for different purposes and I have to say that your voice is the only one that works on me... I've tried a few other people on RU-vid without success... Your voice works on me almost immediately... I'm usually under in about 5 minutes sleeping peacefully and I sleep for about 2 hours and I can then go back to sleep on my own.... I just wanted to thank you for starting this channel and for being so good at what you do...Thanks again... Take care...

I love and appreciate these videos so very much 🙏 Would you please make one for “good health & physical/mental healing”? I struggle with pain, pain energy, motivation & focus - I’ve faced a lot of trauma in my life that I know is responsible for triggering an autoimmune disease I’ve had for 14yrs now. I’ve worked many programs for self healing but haven’t gotten it right yet but I believe it’s possible to self grab - To be pain free & energized with motivation would change my entire existence 💯

Yay! I’m so glad to see new content from you, Jayni! I’ve missed you so much! Recently, a lot of things have been going on in my life. I’m stressed out about a lot of things involving school, friends, family, and an injury I had two years ago which has been getting worse since February of this year. Not only that, but getting to sleep has been so much harder without being able to hear your voice. It’s almost as if only *you* can truly make me feel safe and happy while drifting off to sleep. Jayni, I want to thank You , I lack a word able to properly explain the depth of my gratitude. , I haven't ever had stability in my life, non military and moved over 80 times . I only have 3 friends.
